This place never abides by his posted hours. And his reply that it must have been an emergency either means he is extremely unfortunate and has daily emergencies or he is simply a liar. And going by some of his pricing i don't believe he has that many emergencies.

Every time I go in for cigars. I feel like I'm getting ripped off. Cigars go up and down in price. And he doesn't use a percent button when adding tax. Instead he just adds on more money off the top of his head. I've decided im not going back.
