“My husband and I were in a horrible accident going on 299 West and we had a rental car that we were taking back to the dealership to pick up our car that was getting a new recalled part put on the rental car was a Nissan Rogue and the left tire exploded driver side and broke the control arm and it sent my husband and I up in the air where we landed on top of the cliff and my husband's wonderful driving we made it all the way along the top of this Cliff then were able to come back down before hitting a tree we slammed into the mountain on the other side of the highway and then came to rest if it wasn't for my amazing husbands NASCAR style skills we would have died that day CHP told us that we were 10 inches from hitting a tree and then when the toe truck driver showed up he gave me an amazing relief of anxiety I don't think I would have made it I was already close to having a very severe panic attack and this gentleman was so nice that he offered to take us down to Redding in his big truck so I wouldn't have to ride in a small car and feel like I was being smashed into another small car that another good Samaritan had already offered to take us to Redding I'm a big truck person I don't do small Vehicles well at all so I was very thankful to have Connor Trucking there and ready to assist in anything we needed”

They went above and beyond, not only did they graciously send their own mechanics out to try and help our driver, they actually fixed the issue and sent our driver on his way!!
