I was supposed to get a call back from them but they never reached out. I had to call after waiting for a week. Very unprofessional and they don’t seem to care about the inconvenience they caused.

Non existent customer service once the money is in their hands. The DMV paperwork for my ioniq 5 never got processed through and left untouched for more than 2 months because the rep in charge of my paperwork went on a leave, which I would never find out until I called to ask.
There was also a discrepancy on my leaase contract that I needed their finance manager to keep me posted on. I was left with no response whatsoever despite emailing and calling in. Absolute worst to deal with this dealership.

I am extremely disappointed with the customer service at Hyundai Carson. I helped a friend purchase a used car from this dealership, and they made a mistake on the DMV documents. Despite my efforts to follow up for over a year, they consistently failed to respond or resolve the issue. When I finally managed to contact them, they sent me the wrong person's information and then stopped responding altogether.
This mistake has caused significant inconvenience, My friend did not get notification for registration so when I tried to to it online, it shows no information. I believe my friend is now facing late fees for renewing the registration, as a result of Hyundai Carson's error. It is incredibly frustrating to experience such poor service and lack of accountability.
I want to emphasize that I am a loyal Hyundai customer and even bought a Hyundai for myself a month ago. However, this experience has severely impacted my perception of the brand and this dealership. While my personal car-buying experience was good, the incompetence and lack of follow-up from the finance department at Hyundai Carson are unacceptable.
Hyundai Carson, please address your customer service issues and ensure that such mistakes do not happen again. Loyal customers deserve better treatment and proper handling of their concerns.

The service staff was terrible. Not only did they come to this place without even giving us a glass of water, but they kept interrupting us while serving. What is more annoying is that it is not according to the price of the official website to sell cars, and there is no sincerity. Moreover, he added a bunch of programs and said that he must increase the price to sell, and he would not sell if he did not increase the price. Also said the official website is a dummy price. That's 5000-6000 higher than the original price. I come here and I don't feel respect, I feel like we're their grandchildren, we're being trampled. I really don't know what this business is all about, pissing us off. No wonder the car didn't sell. I'm not speculating. I'm telling the truth.

I called in for a used 2023 Hyundai Ioniq 5 SE with 11k miles that was priced at $26,998. I asked for the OTD of course and and the price was $32,337.69. On the OTD there were 2 things I wanted to be removed because it was not needed.
1. SWDS Security System
2. 3M Protection Package
These are add-ons that you DO NOT NEED TO PAY FOR! I told them if they can take those off then we have a deal, and I'll come in to view the car. The sales person was named Alfredo, and told me that his boss said they will not remove those items because they know the market and their car is priced the lowest in the market (false). I DONT CARE WHAT THE MARKET SAYS, IF YOU'RE NOT GOING TO GIVE ME A FAIR DEAL, I DON'T WANT TO DO BUSINESS WITH YOU! He also lied and said the car was on the lot for a week, when in actuality it was on the market for 80 days at the time of this review. So it seems they'd rather lose a potential buyer/customer over $2k, ok... not great business and tells a lot about how they operate!
Here is the REAL reason why they won't take it off:
The car is priced at $26,998. If you take off those items(which adds up to $1,998)
26,998 - 1,998 = 25,000 *Excluding taxes & Reg fees.
In the state of California under the "Pre-owned EV Rebate Program", any used EV of a price of $25k or less is eligible for the full $4k Tax Rebate (with a little wiggle room of course).
So if they remove those items they will have to apply the $4k which will make the car price at $21k.
I called a 2nd time just to see if they are willing to go with my offer if I told them I'm going to finance the car (financing makes them more money). I wanted to talk directly to the manager, but of course I was put on hold and no one came back on the phone. The way they've handled this is VERY unprofessional! Your job is to SELL CARS, so just do exactly that and sell some damn cars! simple!
Anyways, good luck to whom ever do business with them!

Mark was my service guy and he was fantastic! Definitely recommend asking for him if you need service done on your car. Thanks, Mark!

Bought my car from this place on April 9th. They were kind enough to deliver it. And the delivery driver was really friendly and courteous.
Upon delivery, the floor mats were missing and the rear tow hook cover was missing. After being asked by David (sales) to go to the parts department and order the parts, then have the parts guy connect with the sales guy to approve the due bill. I declined the work being asked of me as they should handle it. The car was delivered with missing items. Not to mention all the glue I had to clean myself from a lack of proper PDI. Finally, I was assured the parts would be ordered and sent to my house. Since that time, David has not responded to a single correspondence and when I call I get passed around the store. No assistance, no response. I expected better. And still no parts or updates.

Beware of Andrew in financing and his shady practices! He quoted one APR rate and I moved forward with the car purchase based on that information. Then, he prints all of the paperwork, has me sign it, and on the last page, I notice the APR is more than 1.5% HIGHER than he quoted and HE DIDN'T EVEN MENTION IT. I had to find it myself. He also "mistyped" and "misprinted" items on the paperwork leading up to it. SOOOO unbelievably frustrating to have a 4 hour back and forth experience culminate that way. It's a shame too because the rest of the team at this location were great to work with.

Wow, wow, wow. Please see Ricky at Carson Hyundai if you want a fantastic car buying experience. He was warm, kind, patient, up front, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond answering my questions.

I typically don't write reviews, but this experience was exceptional. I've been leasing cars for 20 years from Toyota, Mazda, and Chevrolet, but this Hyundai dealership surpasses them all. The honest service I received from Rickie Saucedo was very professional. Everything he promised over the phone was delivered without any games. I'm impressed and will definitely lease all my future cars from there. I got the Ioniq 5, and I must say, I'm incredibly happy. Thank you, Rick. Sincerely, Ezra.

Brought my old 2010 Santa Fe in today to get a recall issue taken care of(with an appointment) Waited in the lobby for only an hour, and used the tome to work. It was very comfortable with a really nice coffee machine and wifi. They topped off fluids, vacuumed the car, washed it, and ran some diagnostics which found that everything was great, but advised to replace brakes in a year. I've always heard that you shouldn't get work tone at dealership service centers, but this was a pleasant experience and their prices for services looked comparable to what I pay elsewhere.
