Worst customer service ever .. more painful than purchasing a car !! Spoke with customer service on phone .. they put notes in my account for a free promotion free iPhone and waive fees .. so i could pick up phone in store since I've been a customer for more than 30 years but the store manager at store in Carson Verizon .. uncooperative just says no can do it. Sorry we don't listen to customer service we're a corporate store .. so do what we will .. they have no say what we a corporate store does poorest customer service ever!! avoid store at all costs !! call Customer Service from your phone much better results. Guaranteed.. I called customer service back and they honored everything. .. just gonna take longer tru mail now They said they would rush it .. while store manager and service assistants in the store Carson Verizon.. the manager and staff refused to honor .. so again avoid the store at all cost deal with Customer Service for Verizon over the phone!!

The recent experience I’ve had with Verizon is worse than all other negative experiences I’ve had with retail companies combined. I wanted to tell my story to discourage others from giving their business to Verizon and making the same mistake I made.In May 2023, I purchased a pair of Air Pods Pro 2 on Verizon’s website and picked them up at the Carson, CA store. I returned them about a week later and am still waiting for a refund over a month after the return was made. I have a FedEx tracking number with proof of delivery which shows the AirPods were returned to their delivery center and signed for by an employee.I’ve talked to 7 different Verizon employees including their “Executive Relations Team” and no one can provide an explanation for why I have not received a refund, simply saying “we will put in a ticket and follow up within 5-7 business days.”I have filed claims with the BBB and the relevant Attorney General offices. I have disputed the charge with my bank and am putting the final touches on a lawsuit where I will not only be seeking my money back but will also be pursuing compensation for time spent as well as punitive damages and penalties. I have spent over 10 hours of time trying to resolve this.Please think twice before giving your business to Verizon Wireless, so you don’t end up like me. If the roles were reversed and I took Verizon’s air pods without paying, I’d be guilty of a crime.

Poor experience ever! Lots of crews but no one helping us, when I asked one of the lady said you are on the waitlist, but I saw a lot of crew walking around with no one. Super slow action and unskilled in business, delaying other people's time. Some service staff even skipped us to serve other people even we arrived and on the list earlier. They even didn’t set up for us, just give it and gone . Worst experience

Went in an hour and half before they closed and they said they had three other customer and could not see me. Go to another store. This one has lazy employees. No attempt to help. Really disappointed

Store is not open when it's scheduled to be open.I went in the morning at 10 and it was closed with just the security guard inside while all the customers we're waiting outside for someone to get to work. Obviously the workers were not there. Bad buisiness

The worst! Started my account in store on 8/18/22. Paid $55 in taxes to take home an Apple Watch as well. Store rep Imara said the payment wasn't showing on their end & asked me to pay again. The transaction was already posted to my bank acct so I decided to wait until I received the refund to attempt to buy the watch again. One month later & I'm still Apple Watch-less & have yet to receive my $55 back. When I call customer service they have no record of my purchase & when I call the store no one picks up. My work hours coincide w/ store hours so now I have to take time away from work to go to the store to speak with Imara or managers Jesus or Michael who were all involved in this botched transaction. An absolutely terrible first month as a Verizon customer. Would not recommend!!!!!

Went in to pick up an online order. The staff member positioned in the front was very helpful and pleasant. Unfortunately she didn't help us. The individual that "assisted" us acted as if we were bothering her and didn't really want to have anything to do with us. She was not friendly and had an overall bad attitude. I forgot to change my surname after I got married and my name on my Verizon account still had my maiden name. I made my maiden name into my middle name so it shouldn't have been too confusing. I asked the staff member if she could possibly help change my name while we were at the store. She audibly sighed and in frustration asked if I had the Verizon app, if so I can change it there. I understand I can do it myself but figured we can take care of it considering I was at the store. Her attitude and "service" was awful. I feel sorry for anyone else that she will have to assist.
