I’ve been here plenty of times to drop off packages. This location is the only USPS near me that is open past 5 pm (they close at 6). The older lady (I think her name is Latoya) is absolutely rude, ignorant and ghetto. Her and the other girls working there have no couth, always have a nasty attitude and no customer service. I don’t know if Latoya still works there but every time I come to this location she’s always there upset at the world or something. Ma’am If you hate your job that much you should leave! Someone else in the reviews said this but it shouldn’t feel illegal or troublesome to drop off a damn package!

Always an attitude if you want to give your packages to the counter. Get told to just drop in the bin in the lobby! Today I was there at 5:50 they close at 6:00 and the door was locked I had 30 packages I needed to drop off and now they are delayed in their Transit time because the clerks here don't want to do their j o b!!!

I'm looking at the reviews and clearly we're all talking about the same woman, I would say the positive note to this is that once that office is automated she will be gone it's the only time I've ever said automation is a plus at least for that office she is just beyond snotty...

Every time I come to this post office I feel like I’m gonna get in trouble for doing something illegal or wrong even though I’m doing nothing wrong at all. Dropping Mail off at the Post should not be stressful but it is if I come to this post office with too many packages sometimes the people will come out and almost seem like they get mad at me for dropping off Mail isn’t that what Post Office is for to mail stuff why would you get mad at someone for mailing items, I don’t think she was mad but definitely scared me but at the end of the conversation she was happy and smiling . Basically what happened was they didn’t want me to drop off the packages in the drop off bin and they wanted me to give the packages directly to them because I guess it’s easier that way for some reason which is understandable and I don’t have any problem. Only reason why I don’t go to Post Office anymore is because I recently almost 25% of all the packages that I mailed either go missing or extremely delayed and I’ve never experienced this type of delay when shipping items for losing and missing that many packages so I will be going to a different post office now I can’t have my packages being lost or not mailed

Def understand why this post office has such low rating . As I was reading the comments I can only assume they are referring to the same person who helped me today . Very unprofessional and thinks she’s the CEO of the post office . Not only did she try to make me seem a dumb she made it a point to repeat it over and over . As if I don’t myself have a background in an office setting . I think people need to remember to be nice and courteous as you never know when you’re going to see that person again or you don’t know what that person is going through . Def a bully and will never be coming back here

I had some great help from Latroya today. I got a letter back that I shouldn't have and she helped me get it all sorted out and resent. She also helped me fix a few issues with my letters I was sending. She's very friendly and helpful!

1 star only because I can't post this review at 0...One of the ladies here has a really bad attitude. She is rude and talks to you like she is annoyed at the world. Should have got her name but I didn't. Won't visit this place again. ?

While I do like the service that was given particularly by the woman that was helping me out with my packages. It definitely stinks when your card machine is down. I am assuming this had to do with the outages that happened with the phone companies the week before.I do not however like how the delivery process was handled, when I sent out my package, not only was it stuck in Salt Lake City for over five days. But it was somehow rerouted and it ended up in Belgard Gardens. And it only arrived to the destination today almost 2 weeks later. I definitely do think that is definitely unacceptable.

I was able to get my box shipped but Ms. Keyes needs to have a better demeanor when interacting with her customers to avoid possible conflicts in the future

The OLDER females, ARE Very unprofessional, THEY often talk crazy to their CUSTOMERS. The older ones need to RETIRE QUICCCCK, they must don't VALUE their Career they chose. They need to take that up with their DISTRICT MANAGER and not their CUSTOMERS who really sign their PAY CHECKS!!!!

Checking in packages should be quick and easy, I went into check in a package and asked for a receipt because I’ve had a lot of issues in the past before and so far I haven’t had no issue with anyone on getting my receipt at the desk, but the lady that works here is very rude and doesn’t want to do her job because she simply states “I don’t do prepaid items”. She is the rudest woman I’ve ever met and makes me feel bad for asking a receipt of my own package don’t come here hope she gets customer service classes because the way she acts is not ok.
