Just came in this branch to get large bills and Joanna was very rude. I didn’t feel like I was a U.S. Bank customer at all. I didn’t appreciate it.

They have friendly staff. I like that there opened a little later than other banks and being located in a grocery store allows me to get my shopping done at the same place

I made an appointment with a notary and the appointment was confirmed by email twice, including the day before my appointment. When I arrived, the bank was closed and an Albertson's employee said they hadn't seen anyone there for days. If the bank had to close for Covid or any other reason, someone should have contacted me to cancel the appointment. Very unprofessional!

As a business owner I would never bank here got a reimbursement check any check over $50 they charge you $7 what the hell so 10k is $7 and $51.00 is $7 what a rip off not even sure that’s legal or and they want your social security number to cash a check seriouslyWORST EXPERIENCE horrible scam take your business elsewherePer your reply why the social security number is that to block people that don't have one from using your bank. Also this charge would make sure I never have an account at your bank this charge is not an industry standard this is the bank scam cash it at my bank all the funds will not be available right away or pay your charge please stop robbing the small person from hard earned dollars don't you already make enough off the regular people you know next time I will have them write me 10 checks for under $50 and your bank will just have to process more checks

Just went to cash my California stimulus check and the the Mexican girl with spider eyelashes ask me for my social security number I don't understand why when she didn't ask the other customer who don't have us checking for there ssn. The guy who was next to me in line told me my real I'd should pull that up he also didn't understand why would she ask when she see my I'd match the check and address very bad attitude. She was just sitting there not asking people if they need help I had to go to her and ask if this window open. She seen the line was backing up. There was more then three people cashing they California stimulus. Just want to make sure she don't do anything shady with my social security number. That's why I'm leaving this review about my experience. Hire people who have respect for the disability people and seniors citizens. Do better US BANK!!!

The staff here are so professional welcoming and always dress and look so nice they are helping understanding I felt lucky opening up a bank account with them they always get my $2 I love so much I know it’s annoying but they don’t show it and I leave there feeling great secure every time I wish they worked at ever branch I visit

Bad Service , I took my Dad because he needs to do a bank transaction to the Branch inside Albertsons Store . They had a line outside the Store to get in, since they have nothing indicating that the line was to get to the bank . I thought it was to get into the store. I went inside the store , when I was in line inside one employee( Blonde hair Lady) asked me to go out and get in line, very rude. I asked her if they have a line for seniors since my Dad is a senior and in a Radiation treatment , she told me NO. I believe they should have a different line for senior citizens . They are exposing them, they have no consideration for Senior Citizens . They Should have a dif line for them or especial hours.

Bad Service, They do not care about Senior citizens, I went to this branch with my dad, they had a line outside the store . I don't mine standing in line , but I asked the employee if they have a dif service or line for Senior Citizens , because my Dad is a Senior who is in Radiation therapy and she say No. They need to have a dif line to accomodate our Seniors or Special hours, because they are putting them on risk

This branch is absolutely useless. They can't help you with anything unless the branch manager is there and she usually isn't. Dolce is very nice and accommodating but the overall services here are lacking in a huge way. I had the worst banking experience I've ever had in my life here. 40 days to recieve a deposit done in the atm. Nobody at the branch can do a wire transfer except for the branch manager and yeah again I've yet to lay eyes on this person time to shop different banks sad because I've banked here a very long time and the only person that hurts is me they could care less.

Great job guys. Everyone there is great and helpful. Their business hours are the best and really work well with my schedule,I also like the fact that they are open late Saturday and Sunday. If you don't have a U.S. Bank account I recommend you get one with this branch. BTW they also do auto loans, I'm on my second auto loan with U.S. Bank.

Bad customer service its 1030am and they only have one teller been in line for 25 mins hasn't moved...u have the other two tellers talking to each other ignoring the long lines... us bank should hire new people
