I use this ups several times whit no problem today the manager told me that the return bag I was using is can be used so he sold me a little bag for $3.00 I use the same bag before and never had a problem with it so that’s my free return!

I HIGHLY recommend the UPS Store and specifically Aracely. I went there to get fingerprinted and to return an Amazon package -- I received above and beyond service!
My fingerprinting was quick and went through without any issues!
My amazon return was a different issue because I had a Kohls QR code. Aracely had me cancel the return but when I went back to get a UPS code, the amazon return would not go through because I was over the window of return. Aracely had me call and after talking to a representative, they apologized but said they could not take my return because I was over the window.
I explained this to Aracely, who then called amazon for me! She was able to talk to the representative and through her ABOVE AND BEYOND persistence, she was able to convince the Amazon representative to send me a UPS QR code! My return was processed without any issues.
When I had already given up, Aracely made my day! Thank you, thank you for all that you do for the customer!

I have to seriously thank Anthony for working with me from across the country to get a painting shipped to me in one piece. He has amazing customer skills and as for packaging, I have never seen a painting or anything else for that matter wrapped and packaged so well in my life. True to his word the package arrived on the exact day he said it would with no damage. Whoever is responsible for pay raises, please give Anthony a raise or some kind of bonus because this was the best experience I have ever had at a UPS store... even with it being 3000 miles away. Thank you Anthony!!!
