Amazon returns are always so simple and free. I looked everywhere at my school and elsewhere for a fax machine only to find my local UPS store had me covered for only a couple dollars saving me from having to wait days for my mail to get there.

Manager Talon saved the day! Usps was closed. Other ups locations were no help! One guy tried to overcharge me at the ups store off of normandie and redondo beach blvd! A different ups store had an associate who refused to answer my question over the phone and said I had to come in person! Talon answered all my questions over phone, kept his word in person, was very professional and nice! Felt like we were friends but I never met him until today! Some of the best customer service I ever experienced and that goes a long way with me! Thank you Talon! PLEASE give this man a raise!!

Went to drop off UPS and they wanted to up sale me a large roll of tape. I needed a small amount to tape items together. This has never been issue at any UPS or FedEx drop off. I mentioned and worker so "oh really".
