JD is awesome. I was frustrated because the camera of my phone. I brought my phone to a lot of place, no one could fix it, but JD. he is fast and understands the technology. His attitude to customers is the best too. I live Tmobil because they have good employees as JD

My parents went to this store 5-6 times already to get their issues with the payments resolved. The staff and manager were not helpful at all. They will lie to you stating they will help you, but in the end, they will make you come down multiple times and not resolve it. What kind of customer service is that? Manager, Stephanie, was supposed to help them out. Earlier today, she made my parents come back to the store. When they came back, one of the staff named Taylor said that Stephanie is in the meeting and is running late. My parents waited patiently. When my dad told Taylor that they had a complaint, Taylor said, "Oh, you have a complaint? You have to leave. We don't need you here." Is that really how you should treat your customer? Great, right!? Oh well, another complaint was submitted to corporate?

Went to get internet they gave me a box and said just pl ug it in so i did it light up said connection was good but i didnt get the internet did what I was told about logging in still no internet called them they said you aren't subscribed i said then why do I have a wifi box he said don't use it I'll get you one in 2 days a week later I called and asked where my box was they checked and said the order still hasn't been proscessed asked for my address again then said my area isn't available I asked then why do I have this old box I'm paying for then now I'm on a waiting list am paying over sixty a month plus paid 50 for the box what a rip off

This location is a scam. I trade in my phone and the first charge was 299 when I ask my receipt he said he can print but will come via email. The email came after 2 days and charged me power adapter for the iPhone 15 pro I purchased. I called customer service why I got charged, the rep said because I phone 15 doesn't include the charger and T-Mobile has to sell separately. T-Mobile can't add items to customers without our knowledge. I have a lot of adapters at home , I don't need a new one. SCAMERs! Again I went the same store after I received my phone to activate it. The sales person that helped me is not professional at all. First of all he's was watching a game in his phone while working on my phone. Second they have no knowledge of the items selling in the store. He said the screen protector that he convinced me to purchase has life time warranty. When I registered it has only 2 years. He already stick the screen protector and put my phone case and trash all the boxes. That way I don't return it. ANOTHER SCAM. T-Mobile and its associates are stealing our money. T-Mobile is going wrong way making money.

Came in to return my phone and get a better one. Everyone was busy but a nice lady got my name down and said it would be a few mins. Ulysses was "helping" me but seemed like he was either new, lazy, or just dumb. He kept having to ask his manager what to do next. They didnt tell me over the phone that i would need the original CC I paid w so I had to go all the way home to get it and come back! The black dude who helped me was more concerned w his football game but got the job done. Yall need to work on your customer service because none of you were friendly besides the lady who greeted me. No smile, no conversation, no have a good day, no thank you.

Came in for the new galaxy z flip 5 and was helped by Edgar. He was thorough, professional, friendly, and didn't try to sell me unnecessary crap! Even though they didn't have the phone in stock, he suggested another store right down the street! Super helpful guy! I wish all the employees were like him!

The young man who helped us was so good! Very patient when I brought my broken phone in to replace it. He was really good at finding a way to transfer my data. Great job! ?

I want to commend the staff and technical professionals at this location! They were friendly and almost stepped on one another in an effort to assist me! Technician "Kay" was extremely patient and helpful while addressing my issue with my phone! She identified the problem and also ran additional technical checks on my phone to ensure there were no additional issues!
