SouthBay Pavilion Mall is managed by The Gerrity Group. The center is located off Interstate 405, exit Avalon. SouthBay Pavilion Mall features JCPenney, Target, Ikea, Burlington, Old Navy, Cinemark, and more! Our hours are Monday through Saturday: 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Sunday: 11 p.m. to 7 p.m. Curbside service is available and designated parking for that is located in front of Big 5. All stores are open and we are operating at full capacity.
