“I had an excellent experience at the FedEx Office Print & Ship Center. When I went to the place, there were a lot of people. It was cleaned, andorganized. There was a personwho works at the center cameto me and asked if I need anyhelp. He was very friendly and helpful. I didn't have a color printer, and I needed help with the printing from my phone.And he showed me how to printfrom the phone. He was patientand polite.I had to print the flyers, but I couldn't able to print due withmy document.My document was not a regular document. It was a documentwhich was made it to video.Therefore, I had to change to the regular document.Anyway, I had to make a flyerall over again.After that, finally, I finished theprinting.I was so happy that I learned how to print copies from the phone.I liked the FedEX Office Print & Ship Center. Their price for the color copies are$10.00 for the 11 copies. It was a reasonable price. They offered printing from the phone, and you coulduse their computer. “"I" failed to use the self serve copier properly, just couldn't get it right. I needed assistance and Manager Rocio assisted me in using my machine and had to assist me in completing my task. I had to copy medical logs, my mother recently had a stroke and it seems that I couldn't get it together. Thank God for Rocio stepping in and helping me, not knowing the gravity of these charts I had to copy and the emotional stress that I was going through. She assisted me with a smile so friendly and professional that made me calm down. When I arrived, I had watched her busy bouncing around the store assisting others as well as handling business with other employees behind the counter. I didn't want to bother her at first so I asked another employee for help and he said let me ask my manager for what I wanted done. Rocio then stepped in to help (that's how I knew she was a manager) from the other associate.She knew what and how I wanted it and re-did the job for me. I frequent this location often because I normally have large jobs to print for the City of Carson and School District (LAUSD) both that I'm affiliated with. And I live in the neighborhood.
