I haven't been in to a Shiekh Shoes in a long time. My sister birthday is coming up and I saw that they had a few pair of shoes on sale and said to myself I should get them now. There was a guy at the register who was helping a gentleman and two females behind him they looked at me and didn't ask if I need any assistance or anything. I walked out I didn't like the vibe of the store and a sale walked out

Exchanging merchandise or trying to get a refund or store credit. Initially was a little bit frustrated unable to get refund. We were able to exchange. But there were many rules. The manager helped steer us to the available merchandise. Very Busy, only two associates working.

Girl this morning was rude AF ask for some shoes and she said they sold out looked around other stores coming back she was cleaning the windows some guy approher looks they knew each other went inside she sold him the shoes. I hate it when staff feel they are empowered who they sell to we know you sell to your homies and family but the district manager needs to check the staff. Will not be going there that mall is thrash
