I left a voicemail 2 days ago, and nobody has called me back. Another number for them that I called just hangs up, and a third number has an outgoing message only in Spanish. I speak Spanish, but the person speaking was speaking so fast that I couldn’t understand.The number for this business is extremely difficult to find. I don’t even know off the number I found on their website is the right one.Since they are a deliver company, I would think they should have a well-publicized number for people who are expecting a package to be delivered. Ridiculous!!

Do not work for them. Whoever does their coordinating with hiring temps at their warehouse department in the Carson location, is completely unorganized. They completely forgot the interview I was scheduled to do. When I went there she had no idea we were supposed to meet. The front desk had to remind her while I sat at the lobby looking at her. In fact there was someone there before me and she interviewed her first me on my time. She made me wait and after 20-30 mins I was about to leave and get up when she finally came to get me. When I told her about our meeting she completely ignored me and pretended she didn’t hear me. She said she’d contact me for more info but she never did. When I contacted them multiple times with three people copied in the email and also via text they do not respond and completely ignore you. Complete waste of time and they do not value your time. The interview wasn’t even a real interview. They did not conduct a real one. The first question off their mouth was if I had my ID. No proper introduction, nothing. Series of application questions one sided. They didn’t even talk about the job description I had to ask all the questions. Incompetent people who don’t know what they’re doing. Just a bunch of young people trying to coordinate without any education or service skills. Completely unorganized. I wouldn’t work there. If they can’t handle simple tasks, how would I expect them to handle anything else I would need in the future.

Terrible company. They literally marked my $2000 shipment as having been delivered when they moved it to their delivery terminal. It sat there for a week during which they made no effort to contact me or deliver the item. They provided no means whatsoever to get in touch with them. No phone number, a do-not-reply email address, and a note that said we will contact you in 24-48 hours to set up delivery... they did not. I finally had to track them down through the original product vendor. They then called me to confirm they had not delivered the item (they had no idea). They then "found" my shipment and arranged to deliver it to me between 10 am and 2 pm. There was no sense of urgency on their part and they took no accountability for having lost my shipment. at 3:30 pm, I called their dispatcher to find out where my delivery was. She had no idea. She called her driver who apparently was running several hours behind but had not bothered to convey that to me, the customer. She got back on the phone and said he was late (really?) but couldn't give me an idea when he might actually show up. Really an awful company that doesn't care at all about the people they are delivering to. If your company is using Seko for shipping and delivery, you are doing a terrible disservice to your customers. They are horrible.

Horrible customer service.Our vanity was loaded upside down on the pallet upon delivery. When we asked the delivery driver he said "that's what happens when you order online".

Terrible company!! My delivery was coming from the U.K. My online information showed that customs had cleared the items - it took about a week for them to pick up the items, then another week to start delivering to my area, then I get a notification that my items have been delivered and there was nothing at my door - guess what? they had delivered it to the WRONG address. A neighbor almost half a block from me, (whom I didn't know) was thoughtful and came to my door with my delivery - showing my correct address clearly on the packages! I called the offices to notify them and got kicked around from voicemail to voicemail, finally I spoke with a lady who said that she would have someone call me back - that was almost two weeks ago....just so unprofessional.

Seko worldwide delivered my Weber grill and they were so unhelpful. Dropped a 300 pound grill off at the front door and refused to help move it to the patio. Weber should not use this logistics company. Ridiculous to think that delivering a 300 pound BBQ just to the front door is acceptable
