I'm very happy and satisfied. Win achieved the color of what I want to help cover and blend my gray hair. I got lots of compliments from my family and friends. It's a bit pricey but she did a Great job, indeed! Perfect location, the place is nice and quiet. Love the ambiance of the salon, nice music and clean. I feel pretty safe, the main door remains locked for safety in any kind of intruders. Overall

First off, I have virgin black Asian hair. I have bet had it touched in three years. I wanted a drastic change that would not require a lot of maintenance. I went with a greige shadow balayage. I didn't want the roots to be too light as my hair grow so fast. Nguyen agreed to Accommodate my busy work schedule. I was there for a long time! We cut off about 8+ inches as I had super long hair. The result is stunning! Her cuts are amazing!!! The color is better than I showed her! Overall, I will recommend her to everyone! She asked me to come back in 6 months.

I have been to multiple hair salons. But none have given me the haircut that I asked for. I only showed the hairstylist what I wanted and she did not need to ask for more. I came out of there feeling new and very happy with my hair

Horrible. You book an appointment with her, Show up and then she tells you she still has clients and to come back another day. What? Then she proceeds to say that if you TEXT her for an appointment that she doesn’t rely on it?? Huh? Why would you confirm my appointment then? Waste of time, take your money elsewhere.

Very satisfied with the service and loving my new hair! The salon is clean and well-lit. Nguyen was attentive to my concerns (about hair colour and haircut, I provided photos as reference) and she gave suggestions with explanations that made sense. She works fast yet effective - you can tell that she's experienced. Overall 10/10!

Absolutely recommend this salon!! First time going Tonya did my hair and I loved it. The following time, Mimi did my hair and I loved it too! Both Tonya and Mimi are wonderful. I do walk-ins and each time they take me in and never been turned away. It's clean and they're all so friendly.

It's ok ... their prices has gone up but the service is ok. I got a $ 35 haircut - that's with shampoo, blowup styling not included.

The first time I got my hair done at this place was good not exactly what I wanted BUT it was nice , next time (re fresh color) I went I told her in this top section I don’t want that orange color in it again didn’t get what I wanted but still a Ok color . 3rd time i had enough I just wanted the right color I wanted from the beginning, so I showed a pic again she said I would have to bleach again she said my hair was still ok enough to bleach again . (Mind u I would have to spend my money again if I would have bleach the right level the first time I wouldn’t have had to ! ) well this time she bleached it wayyy to long because she was focusing on another person , so my hair started dripping ok ! Dripping it was melting ! And my hair has been falling out ever since , each wash just ripping out and each brush because of over bleaching. And I still didn’t get the color half my hair gone and she told me the next one would be free (a refresh on the color) (not bleach again) …… I went for my free refresh to still try to get at least a decent color to walk around in (not orange stilll!!!! ) and she keeps me waiting for OVER N HOUR and she tells me to come back ? and this is after half my hair falls from the over bleaching that I had to pay for for not getting it right the first time ? ….. ok and to top it off guys I WAS SO NICE ALL THE TIMES I WAS THERE ! EVEN THROUGH THIS WHOLE SITUATION I WAS ALWAYS SO NICE NEVER GOT CRAZY KAREN ON HER … I’ll leave it in gods hands or the universe ….I just wanted to share my experienceService: Hair coloring

Very happy with my hair color and cut. Ladies are nice and they listen to your requests and share their opinions. Prices are very reasonable. Salon is tidy. I'll be returning.

7/9/22 An amazing job! Came in wanting to do a gray balayage to match my gray hair. Nguyen (Winn) explained everything! She helped us understand color won't be perfect and hair was too thin. Finds really good balance and gave us the best advice. We loved the results of the hair color. Before & After pictures included.

I drove by to get my feet worked on. The door was locked but people were in there. Wasn't sure if it was appointments only? For common courtesy, at least get your lazy butt up and tell me why your doors are locked. This was during the week at around 1:30p .
