I had stopped coming to this location but made the mistake of coming in today.I see nothing had changed as far as the terrible service.With atleast 20 people in line only one register open,while two other employees cleaned up.They could careless about the customers,just really bad service.

El Ross es de las mejores tiendas aqui siempre encuentro muchas ofertas, me sorprende la cantidad se marcas y ofertas que SE encuentran aqui. Les recomiendo ir aqui y se ahorraran mucho dinero. Para la epoca de navidad aqui se encuentran infinidad de cosas para cada tipo de personas y asi poder hacer los regalos. Yo volveria a ir me gusta El Ross.

In addition to the extremely poor condition of the inventory, I was verbally abused and treated very disrespectfully by a Ross employee named “Joan” who treated another customer in the same fashion. Joan screamed at a customer in the fitting room area and then turned her ire on me when I simply asked the location of the restrooms. She barked “we don’t have any restrooms back here”. When I clarified that I was asking about the presence of a restroom in the store generally - not the fitting room specifically -she screamed at me and lied that the store had no restrooms (the manager Hortensia later advised me that this was untrue and that the “bathrooms were down” - whatever that means). I informed “Joan” that I didn’t appreciate being verbally abused and she responded that she “had already reported me (for what, I have no idea) - apparently in an effort to intimidate me. Her improper and unprofessional behavior towards me and the other customer appeared to be motivated entirely by racial bias. My retort was, of course, that I’d be reporting HER to Ross corporate and management. I asked several employees to get the manager for me so that I might file a formal complaint. I had to ask THREE different employees to get the manager before, after some time, “Hortensia” the manager on duty came over. She appeared entirely unconcerned by the abusive conduct simply stating “I will try to speak to her.” I also advised the manager of improperly charged/labelled items, the extreme long lines at the checkout (only one cashier was on duty the entire time) and the overall poor condition of the store. A horrific and miserable experience that I will be reporting to the Civil and Human Rights Commission.

It was meh.....It's definitely a treasure hunt and messy. People were nice enough. Only had a couple of cashiers. So the line was LONG abs took FOREVER
