**Terrible Experience at this salon. My visit was a total letdown. I specifically asked for matte baby pink nails, but what I got was a clear coat of matte that's completely wrong. The application was messy and the nails look dirty, and see through. As you can see in the photos I've attached. I wouldn't recommend this salon to anyone. The service was unprofessional, and they clearly don't care about meeting their clients' requests. Save yourself the trouble and find a better salon elsewhere.

So I would have given five stars , but the manager don't know her name but this person was very rude she was so focused on everyone else, she was using the drill on my nails without looking, I let her know your hurting me several times and she told me that's how I do it. So shame on me. Then I'm expanding what was going on with my daughter she buts in to explain her side . But I let Kevin finish me he was very nice. Thanks Kevin.

I am so happy I found this place! I walked in and sat down immediately. Taylor helped me today, and let me tell you. Not only is she kind but also very knowledgeable. I told her I wanted a natural color and she knew exactly what to do. I will definitely recommend this place. The vibe is inviting and comfortable with plenty of seating. The parking lot is also very large! They also reduced their prices to $5 less on Nail Enhancement services.

Highly recommend this nail shop, love all the sets I’ve gotten from here especially this one and they last a long time. The place is clean and they stay in trend with their nail designs, love this place!

I really love this nail salon. The atmosphere is inviting and professional. They do a great job in providing what is requested of them. I have to say I am satisfied every time I go. I highly recommend J'adore Nail Bar!

My daughter wanted to try a nearby nail salon. Glad we came across this place. Located in a commercial area. Enough parking for everyone. Service is great and results were excellent! We will definitely be back here again. 12-16-2026

I started going to this nail shop this year. Never had any issues, however, I had a nail appointment on November 2 to get a feel I have a jail Nails and Taylor the owner and Technician suggested that I start doing acrylic. She said it would last longer nevertheless got my feel and my toes done I decided to get a black matte nail color from November 2 to November 5. I’ve had four nails break, and the nail polish was buckling. . I know usually when you break a nail it’s because you bump your nails maybe you trip are you hit something? I promise to God none of those things happened I was in the tub gloves on just soaking when I got out the tub I promise my nail polish had buckled on three nails. I’m like oh my God my other thumb on my left hand side the nail had broke I’m like, and it was in the glove each time does a Nail have broke I haven’t hit anything and this is never happened so when I go in today, Sunday to get new polish different polish because I said, obviously, the policy was on my nails is inferior the owner Taylor was very rude she was saying oh you come in to get a Nail fix and you don’t pay I said I’m not gonna pay for a nail broken now or a buckling nail polish when it’s on you I will pay however, no problem for a nail polish change her attitude was very negative. She was just like oh you’ve been coming and there is no reason why I should be coming in and I just got my nails done and each time I’ve come in for a nail break to be fixed I’m not paying you for that when it’s your product that’s inferior I never had no issues before I guarantee this is not a place that I would do business with, and I don’t suggest anybody else does, and whether you do or not , but Taylor the owner, horrible business person . I hope she read this. I am down again. I will say horrible business person. This is not a place. I would even suggested get your nails done by her.

The best thing you will find in nails, the girl who attends and Danni is very super pretty, they leave my nails with a lot of respect for what you ask of them and they give nice massages on the feet, hands and shoulders, very well

I paid for a pedicure and the woman who did my toes did a horrible job. I will say that after complaining they completely removed the gel and re did the entire polish. It was a waste of my time. The girl who first did them did come say sorry to me and she seemed nice so maybe she is new at this so I won't hold it against her. However, I know you practice a lot before getting licensed so it's not an excuse. I also asked for me and my best friend to have our pedicures at the same time so we can leave at the same time as we were willing to wait. They said they would and never did as they said. Another person named Taylor re did the polish for the pedicure which looked very nice. I was upset that I was at the salon for a very long time. I wouldn't go back because it didn't really feel welcoming and each time I asked if the items were cleaned or new the person attending me would have a hard time responding because she didn't know the answer and would need help from her manager. As I know to be licensed you need to know about sanitation so it's a yes or no if the tools are clean and if foot scrubs are new. Other than Taylor fixing her coworkers job, everything else was a thumbs down.

They aren’t good at nail care. Every time they drill my nails to death and cause them to break. I keep telling them my nails are weak but they do not listen.Last visit my gel pedicure was all bumpy cause the polish they use was dried out.
