Excellent service at allTimes. Been sending my boxes to Pacific Star services in Carson for many years now. Always on time pick up and delivery, nothing get lost, reasonable price and very efficient. The owner Weng is a super woman.Thanks for always taking care of my boxes.❤️?

Highly recommend! I'm a first time customer and will be a repeat customer as they are very customer oriented. Ma'am Rowena was very responsive to all my inquiries and she gave very detailed recommendations. She was also very accommodating to my schedule when I needed to change from "box drop off" to "box pick up" due to changes in my availability. Their pricing is very, very, reasonable and their customer service in unsurpassed! I will be doing future business with Pacific Star Services when shipping boxes to the Philippines. First time shipper with great experience with Carol of Pacific Star Services. She is very responsive, very friendly and great follow-up. Price for shipping boxes is fair and pick up was on time and quick scheduling. Carol and team has made it so convenient and effortless that I am inclined to ship more with them! They even gave me boxes for my next shipment, that's service!! On time delivery to the Philippines is not that crucial so I just hope it arrives :) which i'm sure it will...... All in all, GOOD JOB TEAM PACIFIC STAR!!

This is my first time to send balikbayan box from CA,USA to PH. So far its been very convenient they have door-to-door delivery. Weng did the pick up service and it was an easy process. I just have to check the address in the invoice if it's correct and sign it. Then they take the package. So far so good. If they will keep their promise of the excellent service, delivery process and within time frame as what i was informed, i will come back and add more info and provide a final review. Thanks!

This is so far the best shipper i ever used. I also have problems with previous shippers i used before. Shipped 5 boxes going to Manila and Tarlac. Boxes arrived on time less than 45 days. The boxes were securely pack and perfect condition. I am very happy with the services of Weng and Carol. They are very hands on, professional, courteous and friendly. I will definitely refer to friends and family.
