My car air conditioner was working.Tonight, I needed to go to the O'Reilly Auto Parts store to buy the "Oil with Dye" for the car airconditioner.My mechanic wanted me to buy it so he could check what part of the air conditioning system was not working.When I arrived at their parking lot, they had plenty of parking spaces.I went inside of the store. The store waspretty small and it was very clean.I found the " Oil with Dye" in the front ofthe cashier. The cashier, the young lady was friendly and attentive.I used to come to this store a couple of years ago. I remembered a young man who helped me when my car radiator capwas broken. I bought the wrong size of the radiator cap before so it didn't fit onthe radiator. He helped me to find the correct size of the radiator cap. He wasso nice that he went outside with me.And he checked my car radiator cap.I found out that he didn't work at thestore anymore.I liked this store because all the people were helpful and knowledgeable about the auto parts. That is the reason that Ialways come to the O'Reilly Auto Partsstore.

I came in to replace my battery, and they had done the job and more.Unfortunately, the employee had found issues with the hoses while installing, but they brought it to my attention and did the best they could to help, all while still being patient and kind. I had a great experience with them and would continue to come back if I ever needed to (hopefully under better circumstances).
