My husband and I have been members of this credit union for about 25 years. We recently had the pleasure of working with Caroline (Carole) Barnum. Due to some needless delays, undue stress, and many phone calls to another company, Carole worked very diligently in assisting us with our NuVision business. Carole went beyond any expectations by making phone calls to the other business trying to help us complete the transaction. Carole was very thorough ensuring all the paperwork was completed accurately and completely. Carole also had patience with us learning how to send required documents via email attachments to her when needed. Carole remained calm and cool. I have to say, every time we go into this credit union to conduct business the staff are always so pleasant, courteous, and professional. The quality of customer service and professionalism they ALL provide is something of a lost skill in most businesses nowadays. If you are missing great service, confidence, and knowledgeable people from your credit union, this particular NuVision in Carson is for you! Thank you and kudos to all the staff there!

The bank tellers are very nice and pleasant not open long enough need more credit unions and go up to date online you don't have zelle you have nothing it sucks when you can't transfer your money to other accounts it's just like a big hassle

been a member since before it sold to nuvision was a great place at any time you could call and talk to them personally not now you have to try to slither around the automation to get to them. before the sale it was easy to get a loan not now before the sale i was making 5 to 6000 a month and was approved for a 3500 loan tried a couple of weeks ago for a 4500 loan to clean up some other small debt and was denied and the only thing that changed was the fact i still have the sa

I had my first experience with my mother helping her with a large withdrawal. The whole staff at the Carson location was great, friendly, and professional. We laughed, we joked, we took care of business. I felt comfortable, and it wasn't a hassle over her withdrawing such a large amount, like with most banks. Our personal banker Chanell really providing me with excellent customer service that I opened a checking and savings account the same day, plus I like how she was with my mom. NuVision rocks!!!!! Thanks Chanell and Staff, you made a true believer out of me when it comes to traditional banking and credit unions!!!!

Worst customer service ! If you apply to open an account you’ll have a live person answering the phone right away . Otherwise customer service line you’ll be on hold for 30 min then someone answers all then hang up on you !

For families with special needs children I would not recommend. Trying to get our 4 year old sons handicapped plates on a vehicle that is financed through Nuvision. They will not allow it stating that the 4 year old has to be on the loan.

I stopped in to make a deposit. I inquired about getting a secured credit card(rebuilding credit), when the teller suggested I try for an unsecured card. Reluctantly, I agreed and was approved. Yay! The staff was very helpful and understanding of my situation. Everyone was very friendly and I'm grateful for their assistance.
