While out of state last summer my A/C went out. I got a replacement compressor because NAPA provided one of the best warranty’s offered. Unfortunately the compressor gave out going through Arizona. After getting back I had a mechanic check it and he determined it was faulty. I contacted Eric at the Carson location. He told me he would have a replacement the next morning. I got there first thing and had everything ready. He was courteous and professional. I appreciate his assistance and would recommend them!Thank you Eric!

Very nice place to go to very professional people very well trained in the automotive feel like you've been five stars I would go back again and again, prices are lower than AutoZone are O'Reilly's Auto parts, good work Napa from a retired automotive service manager.

I Have to say first and foremost this Store needed some Talent, from my experience from this Napa Store it went from 0 to 150 overnight, it takes the Right Leader to make things happen, Fabby shows great Leadership and has the Customer Service along with the Automotive background and knowledge with great People Skills to earn you're trust, also they greet you very professionally which gives you a very welcoming presence to make you feel like home and is there to sell you what you need to get the job done, if Fabby and her team don't have it, they can get it in a reasonable time, you can definitely trust this Store, Thank you Fabby for selling me the correct parts that I needed for my Chevy Astro Van!!! I Highly Recommend this Store and you will have the greatest Family Experience !!!! Thank You Fabby!!!

1st of all I used to be a huge Napa supporting customer but today's experience changesd that. I purchased an 02 sensor last week and when I went to install it was completely wrong. I returned today to exchange it and it had to be brought from another store so I went to run some errands and when I came backthe price went up another $115! That's at least $40 more expensive than one of the big box stores with teenagers working but I was so done and it being the 3rd time there for the same part I just wanted to get out of there.. But I'm gonna get my money's worth in this review. I expected more from grown folks which is why I usually go to Napa but I'm just gonna take the savings from now on. There is no point in paying more for such terrible service.
