We were using Storage Container originally and this company took over in the middle of us needing storage. Though we were paid up with Storage Container, accounts receivable is continuing to hound us for payments we do not owe. The takeover obviously was not well executed, because they keep insisting we should pay them for services that we already paid for to the previous company. I have sent them proof of payment over and over and they continue to hound us. Beyond frustrating.

Be careful with them. They don't stick to their quotes. Also if there is limited units available they raise the price significantly. They will rent to school boards and government work first, because they get more money from them, which kind of stinks knowing we're all paying for it. Worth shopping around they have enough business due to marketing, not price or service.

I rented two different offices from them for my construction site. I had the first unit for 6 months. After the unit was picked up, they charged me for $350 for a broken window and to repaint the unit. I asked them if I needed to repaint the unit prior to returning it and they said "no," and the window was NOT broken prior to having the unit picked up by them. The second unit was rented for 1 year, and they charged me $145 for "cleaning exterior dirt." I was on the phone with the claims department for an hour and a half two different times in order to try to clear up the issues. It was no use. It seems you are at their mercy and they will charge you whatever they want to at the end of the rental period. Don't use them, it is a rip off.
