I had a experience which was so bad because we were waiting for almost TWO HOURS 12 TO 2 THIS SERVICE WAS VERY BAD I DON'T KNOW IF IT WAS THE WORKER OR THE PEOPLE THAT KEPT US WAITING FOR TWO HOURS THIS IS JUST REDULESS THIS IS SO BAD

I would not advise coming to this specific location for any services and if you must, make sure you do your diligence. I came in as a new customer requiring service from a different carrier, the customer service was terrible from the jump. They were all out of stocks on most of their phones for starters. Second Metro has deals for new customers that are switching over from other carriers but this particular store charged full price for a phone that was apart of the deals/ special that other Metro PSC stores have for new customers. If you’re thinking about getting accessories such as a phone case, Please reconsider they charged me $50.00 for a basic phone case. You go to any other Metro PCS they will tell you, their retail price for phone case are $20 which by the way you have to make sure they give you a receipt so you can know what you paid for. They will not give it to you. Speaking of receipts The manager is the absolute worst. He will act like he is providing you service but will flat out Lie to you and tell you things to keep most of your money! To clarify what I mean I was entitled to a full refund considering I only had the phone and service for a hour. He lied and told me I wasn’t eligible for a full refund when the receipt clearly states that I had 7-14days return of device and accessories. It was so frustrating that I required them to give me their corporate number instead they gave me their customer service which is NOT what I asked for. I had to go to a actual Corporate to get help and service. It was a complete inconvenience. I had to drive up there at least 3x to get my money back.

I dont know where to start with this location and one certain Representative. This the location I go to because it's the closest but, after finding out not only have I been getting overcharged, but the lady had added an extra line to my acct w/o my knowledge. Twice I've gone to her to make purchases (other purchases were w/a young gentleman) and she was no help at all. Only reason I made purchases with her was because my husband needed a replacement phone(s) for work. Both times our totals were off by more than $160. I asked both times for receipt, we were told they were in the bag. I checked and it was only receipts for the total, no break down on how much was for what and what we purchased. (Phone, case, etc) I call that store to ask about why my bill kept going up and instead of $80, I now am charged $90, the rep who picked up said to call back in an hour to hour and a half because hes helping someone else. I called customer service and was told I had 4 lines instead of 2 and 1 free line (promo). I was also being overcharged these past few months! Thank God Customer sevice was a big help, got me my credit back (couldnt get the other charges back, over $300 total because she didnt give me the breakdown charges) and removed the lines I had no knowledge of. Be careful and always ask for a breakdown receipt!!!!! P.s-That lady rep was not wearing a mask, I asked her where was her mask (they dont have plastic case covering) she literally said, "shes hot and cant breathe so she refuses to wear one". Says her boss may get mad but who cares smh I made sure I left my mask on!!! She also kept trying to convince my husband to add items and that it was free (WRONG!!!) She also said she had to meet her sales quota for the day. So many red flags!!!

Thanks to Maria, she was able to help me out with my phone. I was able to keep my phone and it wasn't difficult at all of how she explained everything. She was very thorough with processing my phone.
