The employees at this location were exceptionally friendly and helpful. I decided to have my DHL package delivered here as I was going to be out of town for a few days. Despite some concerns raised by previous reviews, I'm pleased to report that the service I received exceeded my expectations. The team here has clearly improved the standard of service, and I had a positive experience.

I went in there to use DHL. The problem was it was a 15 lb box to Nigeria and the cost to ship was over $700. To me that's crazy. When I can get a round trip ticket for $1,100. I Know, I've been there Just a few months ago. The clerk that was there seemed to be new. Because it took 15 minutes to find out that I could not send a box. And I was the only one in the place. I'm sure he did not know that I am a very critical person. The place was clean and I'm sure they do good business. But that was my first experience with shipping. Anything through DHL. Never again. UPS all the way.

I asked for a receipt 2 times but the lady ignored my request and never gave me one. Now I am trying to track the package I am returning and there is no information about it. I called the office and they have no idea on what they are doing and gave me a random contact to call because they don’t know how to answer my question. Plus they forgot to scan the package before pick up. Never going here again.

I was looking for a DHL to send a package to Perú. I work during weekdays and tried to find a place to be open on Saturdays. DHL express said they were open but they weren't. I went to 4 different places until I call this specific place and Thank God they help me with my package. The owner is really knowledgeable and kind.. I will recommend this place to anyone who's looking to send important documents to their countries. ???

My boyfriend had called about some mail being in his mailbox and the man had told him yes he had mail. However, when we went to pickup said mail it was no longer in the box. The time between calling and picking up was one day.

I sent a package through fed ex says it was gonna arrive Thursday I called fed ex and they said it was sitting at that building for days then it got shipped out way after Thursday super dissatisfied

I can't believe this . I went there on 17th to send gift for my sister. Today is 23th it's still in LA!!!!! She can't get by Christmas . Drove all the way here only to find they were closed. I even called them before to verify the time they closed. What a waste of time.
