Paid Fee for service for money remittance and your family member has to reserve ahead of time to get the money. Apparently it's a first come first serve basis when family members pick up the money. If youre unlucky, then you have an option of inconveniencing yourself to come back another time or day, or go to another branch which is affiliated with them ( Palawan).

12/21/23 Outstanding customer service!!! You need to pull the door softly. There are times that they don't have enough parking space here. You can park by the curbside along Figueroa street.

Great customers service. Thank you to all of the staff. Shoutout to Ate Minerva, she is very easy to deal with and very friendly. I always have a great time visiting this branch. Everyone is very helpful.

I'm not that customer who complains about things but yesterday changed that! Unfortunately, I had a not so great interaction with one of your employees! She was VERY RUDE AND SARCASTIC! I brought my package, the box i had was 6x4x2 and I was going to put it in one of the LBC pouches to send. She immediately said in Tagalog in a rude and condescending way, "what's that? That box size is not allowed, you should be using our box here." Then I told her, "I was here last week and I did the same exact thing, put my small box inside the LBC pouch and one of your coworkers told me it is completely fine and proceeded/completed the transaction." Then she kept insisting and her tone of voice was hella rude! She asked aggressively, "who helped you? What's their name?" I go "I don't remember their name" And this woman said, "kung hindi mo alam, mas lalong hindi ko alam!" I was like what the F??!! I walked out and went to the L.A. branch to send my package. And the gentlemen there told me that "IT IS COMPLETELY FINE TO PUT A SMALL BOX INSIDE THE LBC POUCH AS LONG AS IT FITS!" My transaction was smooth and was quick! You see??!!! That rude lady was very wrong and clearly she didn't know what she was saying/doing! I understand you guys are short staffed but there is absolutely no excuse to talk to customers like that even if they're younger than you! And also, if I had removed the stuff I had in my small box and placed them loosely inside the LBC pouch, what difference does that make anyway?? Make it make sense!!! She could've at-least suggested or told me in a nice way. But no, she clearly chose to be rude and sarcastic. If you don't like what you're doing, just quit your job! It's that simple. Never going back to this location. EVER.!

I don't know what's up with all these bad reviews. I send money to the Philippines and I am in and out in 5 minutes. Sent boxes in the past as well with on time pickups.

0 star / negative star - employees are very very very very very rude, no manners, and unprofessional. I dont reccommend you guys going to that place, go to another LBC branch instead.

I had an awful experience with the old lady with a short black hair. She was so mean and not even helpful at all. I was so disappointed You certainly may feel like you want to yell. Worst LADY I’ve ever met.

I wish there were negative-stars to give.These people are so unconcerned about helping people. If you want to ship on a Saturday or the day before a holiday, you have to get there at least 2-3 hours before their posted closing because they ALWAYS have "computer problems" or some other made up excuse to close 1-2 hrs early. They regularly come up with an excuse why they are closing an hour early. And when you come back two days later, they have a horrible attitude... like you're lucky they'll even help you, which is sadly actually true.If you try to call ahead to see if they are closing early, they WILL NOT PICK UP THEIR phone. EVER. They take advantage of the fact that no one else ships to the Philippines. I would never use them if there was another choice.

I love to work in my garden and it helps me a lot of my sickness. I do exercise and Im very happy to watch the plants growing. It also makes me happy to share it to the gardeners and friends.

I was hesitant to try this location because of the reviews but I was thinking I may have a different experience. Glad I did! Just went this morning (11/26/2022). Kuya Edward was really helpful and nice.

They have the worst customer service. We walked in and no one even said hello. I can understand if they were busy but there was no other customers in the store. I won't go back to this store. Don't waste your time folks.
