They never fail!!!! Been with Vision Essentials office multiple times, and yet they never fail. They will always greet you with a SMILE. All of them are very professional, very accommodating, very helpful and warmth, at least for me. They made me feel I’m part of their family. No flu shots here. Lost time and gas driving to this location after getting an email urging me to get my yearly shot. There's a big blue announcement outside the building sort of get your flu shot here.Nope. The (presumably only nurse available in the whole city) didn't show up for work.So ... why am I getting literally destroyed paying exorbitant amounts of money in health insurance, if Kaiser cannot even staff appropriately?

At the covid19 drive through testing. Waiting too long for this test. It seems like one nurse does a car at a time while there are other nurses posted. No bueno. They could each be testing a car each at the same time. Not coming here again ever. Update: although this place is smaller it went 3 faster than the Downey one. So I have to update the rating.

I've been a member of Kaiser on and off most of my life. This is the single worst experience I've ever had there. I went into the Carson Pharmacy to pick up medication for my sick10yr old daughter. My wife keeps all of the kids medical cards so she sent me a copy of it via picture mail. When I got to the counter I selected the card pic in my phone a blew it up so the representative could take the info. When she approached the counter she never sail hello or anything she gave me a rude look and said "medical record number" I replied the information is here on the phone for you because my wife has the cards, she replied " I see that but I need you to read it " I was thinking to myself all you have to do is look down and its there, but I just wanted my daughters meds so I read the number to her. After that she asked me if I needed a bag I replied yes but she never but the items in questions in a bag she took the meds to the first counter and walked away no thank you no nothing. The whole experience was very disturbing because it was completely unwarranted. If I'm not mistaken the representative's name was Ida. she looked to be pacific islander, very large and tall in stature, she also wore glasses She was very rude and condescending, I have know idea why I was treated in this manner, maybe she was a racist or something but I didn't deserve this exchange. I understand that working with the public can be trying, but you cannot bring your rude behavior to work. I was completely floored and left my contact information for the manger to file a formal complaint. I hope Kaiser Perm. Carson can contact me and resolve this issue in a timely manner.
