2 1/2 wait for oil change took 5 hours. It was a busy Sunday, but took 3 hours to put car on rack and drain oil. Then store realized that they didn't have filter in store to complete work? I did call day before and inquired about parts. Womens restroom needs whole NEW toilet very disgusting...
If service person wasn't running back and forth adding air to drive up customers, perhaps would have noticed within 2 1/2 hour original estimate time that he didn't have tools for job. I would have come another day, my time is value.

I am a regular customer with Just Tires in Culver City, CA, but moved to Long Beach and needed a closer location to my home. I chose to get my tune up at Just Tires in Carson CA. As soon as I came inside the staff was really friendly, I appreciated that.
Thomas quoted the price of the tuneup, and they found a suspension issue that needed to be fixed...I could only afford so much, I'm a senior citizen, so I asked Thomas what should I have done now and in about 2 months I will come back and get the other repairs/ service done, so He advised me what is needed now and what repair/ service could wait for 2 months.
Well I'm back today to get my suspension fixed! I feel confident the mechanics here will fix my car right.

I had made an appointment in the online portal and was quoted $24.99 for my service of synthetic blend oil change. When I arrived, I was told my appointment was not in the system and synthetic blend would be closer to $50. Since I was already there, I said to go ahead. Waiting in the lobby was excruciating as the TV was blaring bad sit-coms and two people were having loud face-time conversations, so I went to the Chili's across the street. A full 2 hours later, almost closing time, I called to see if my car was done. It was (wonder how long it had been?) and I was presented with a bill for $87.33.
Also, the sticker they put on my window (which is supposed to indicate the mileage and date of the NEXT oil change) has a mileage of 3,000+ miles LESS than the odometer reads and a date of 1/1/24, which it decidedly was NOT on on 8/14/24 when I had this service done.
Do not recommend.
