I am a regular customer with Just Tires in Culver City, CA, but moved to Long Beach and needed a closer location to my home. I chose to get my tune up at Just Tires in Carson CA. As soon as I came inside the staff was really friendly, I appreciated that.
Thomas quoted the price of the tuneup, and they found a suspension issue that needed to be fixed...I could only afford so much, I'm a senior citizen, so I asked Thomas what should I have done now and in about 2 months I will come back and get the other repairs/ service done, so He advised me what is needed now and what repair/ service could wait for 2 months.
Well I'm back today to get my suspension fixed! I feel confident the mechanics here will fix my car right.

I had made an appointment in the online portal and was quoted $24.99 for my service of synthetic blend oil change. When I arrived, I was told my appointment was not in the system and synthetic blend would be closer to $50. Since I was already there, I said to go ahead. Waiting in the lobby was excruciating as the TV was blaring bad sit-coms and two people were having loud face-time conversations, so I went to the Chili's across the street. A full 2 hours later, almost closing time, I called to see if my car was done. It was (wonder how long it had been?) and I was presented with a bill for $87.33.
Also, the sticker they put on my window (which is supposed to indicate the mileage and date of the NEXT oil change) has a mileage of 3,000+ miles LESS than the odometer reads and a date of 1/1/24, which it decidedly was NOT on on 8/14/24 when I had this service done.
Do not recommend.

It was a Wednesday around 7pm, right when it was about to close. I had a flat tire and wanted to know if they were able to change a flat tire. Luckily, they were able to change the tire despite closing time. I watched as they changed the flat tire and did a good job. To the one who changed my tire, I thank you for doing the work despite closing time.

Great experience at just tires! Steven was such a big help truly felt like a “big brother” helping me out. Told us that we needed a ton of work done, and it was going to cost almost 5k. We got quotes from multiple different auto shops and they all estimated half the cost OR LESS! We ended up taking it to American Tire Depot and they said that we didn't even need all of it done! It was a much smaller issue. What a scam!! Avoid at all costs! Pic with highlight is this scammed estimate, 2nd pic was the estimate from American tire BEFORE telling us that we didn't need the work done!

I arrived at the shop at 6:53 pm with a nail in my tire. Despite the fact that they were closing at 7 pm, Thomas was still willing to assist me. He patiently listened to my situation (as it was raining and I urgently needed to get to the airport to catch my flight) and actively sought out solutions for me. After a few minutes, he called Joseph to help me out right away. The tire was patched up in just 10-15 minutes, I was able to drive safely in the rain and arrive at LAX on time. Thank you both! I genuinely appreciate your kindness. You truly made my day!

Did a very sloppy job taking things to lose. Like the air filter and not replacing it back correctly. The main thing was they did not check my car out first to make sure that I had fluids. They just replaced my starter and sent me on my way. That led to other things now I need to have done to my car.I would not go to This shop ever againAnd did not check none of my fluids in my car.

So here is it 4:45pm on a Sunday night and I just ran over a nail. Pep boys next door says open til 6pm but they stopped taking cares and told me to try just tires, who was closing at 5pm. So I prayed that they help me. They took my car and fixed my tire. Staying open later to help me out. I am so grateful for them.

On 11 /25/2023. I brought my wife's 2019 chevy sonic in for an alignment. It's pulling to the left. Got the car back. Pulling to the left still. Straighten the bow tie. The car immediately pulls to the right. Took a test drive with the technician. His name is Jose. Jose laughed at me. Told me nothing wrong with car. Not cool. The car is unsafe for my wife to drive. On the freeway. There wasn't an issue last two times I brought the car in for same service . Jose said it was a dealer adjustment nothing he could do. Not a good idea to laugh at your customers. 1 hour later. Different technician. Car was tracking like it should. Car safe for my wife to drive.
