My experience was excellent. Yolanda was very nice, professional, knowledgeable, and explained everything in detail. She also answered all of my questions and concerns. I plan to have my taxes done by Yolanda in 2024. I highly recommend Yolanda at Jackson Hewitt Tax Service in Carson, CA.

Would have given a better review, but. We had an appointment at 6pm, confirmed that afternoon. We where not seen until 8pm. I understood 30min wait. Not a 2 hrs wait. Not acceptable, better communication. Haveing the tax preparer who set the appointment with me had told us when we walked in at 530pm she would be running late. That would have been the best for us, so could have went and had dinner, then came back. Lack of customer service on her behalf.

Met with LaVette at Jackson Hewitt and she did an excellent job to provide me with the Best tax option!She was very knowledgeable, friendly and went over all the options on how she arrived at my tax amount!

Yolanda Laurel, prepared my taxes in a timely manner. She explained everything to me. She is patient, professional, and friendly. They are conveniently located in Carson. I would recommend their services. I filed electronically 1 day ago. When I receive the refund and everything is completed, I will give them five stars.

Man I had such a good experience here, I thought let me check out what all those reviews were about, and let me tell you they're legit. This business had some of the friendliest staff they helped me file my taxes in like 30 minutes TOPS. Good people. Highly recommend.

BE AWARE OF FALSE ADVANCE REFUND SKEEM. I came in on the 3rd with an appointment that wasn’t honored. The tax preparer La Vette misspelled my phone number and my email and Along with another error related to a federal tax credit for me being Permanently Disabled. Unfortunately Jackson Hewitt has a policy they will not refund you for mistakes they make. Regional Manager Florence and Corporate Manager Saul recommend me to come back to fix the Alleged Error so they say. What happened to accountability and Honor or is it all about the money? DONT WASTE YOUR TIME I made several attempts to dispute this matter The disrespect is real Coming from Jackson Hewitt corporate department.
