Bought something from the As-is section but looked up the return policy just in case it didn't fit and it said I could return it.
The legs were too tall on it so went to return it and they said As-is can't be returned.
Why is the corporate policy different than the store policy?

I always come here with my mother, and always end up coming out with something new. They have a wide variety of everything, especially what I was looking for, mattresses and bed frames. The food is also exceptionally good, the swedish meatballs are always my go to.

Great variety of products that make people life easier. Also great quality products for years to come in a house.

Ample parking; It does not have a restaurant like other branches, instead it only has a cafeteria. The entrance to the establishment is a little lost...
Before starting the tour I went to look for a wheelbarrow, but I only found a basket for small purchases.
I loved the show room with a Cartoon theme or black and white drawings; It reminded me a lot of the sensation of the video click of the song Take on me by the band A-ha. The unpleasant thing was that some sections/showrooms were closed to the public and it seemed to me that there were very few staff who could offer help or information.
I loved a book storage unit; We checked the store system and it said that there were 2 products available to purchase, but when we went to the stock section, the only thing there was were 2 products in Display condition.
The most uncomfortable thing happened in the self checkout area when I wanted to pay for 10 food containers that were exactly the same, but the system would not let me scan a single one and simply scan 10 times, I had to do an action of scanning each product only once; that is, item #1 = scan #1, item #2 = scan #2.
The worst thing happened was the selft order system in the cafeteria; The machine had a 7-10 second delay to show item selection options, show more items, add or consult the cart.
In short, if you want to enjoy the generally known experience of visiting and taking a walk through IKEA, this branch will not be the best option, it is only recommended if you want a quick, light or closest experience. My recommendation will be to visit the branch in Covina.

The store is decent overall, but the return process is frustratingly inefficient. Upon arrival, I had to scan a QR code to join the queue for returns. This seems unnecessarily complicated. A traditional physical queue would be much more straightforward and user-friendly. It’s unreasonable to expect customers to guess that a QR code is required for returns. Implementing a more conventional and intuitive return process would greatly improve the customer experience.

Always out of stock of stuff. Older ikea also, so the food court is not as good.

Bedslats are awful. ALWAYS fall and lead to poor quality sleep. Poor sleep slowly kills you. Therefore IKEA is a murderer. Which is ILLEGAL. Therefore the CEO of IKEA should be arrested and jailed for their LOW QUALITY products.

Undertrained staffed, took almost 10 minutes to get a wrong price validated. The lead, young Caucasian male, short hair. Completely unapologetic, zero empathy, needs a lot of management training, not ready to handle problems efficiently.

IKEA use to have living sets to help visualize their furnishings but it now resembles a warehouse. The food service and delicious sandwiches are gone and replaced by a hot dog stand. The delicious Swedish chocolate they once had has been replaced by chocolate with Swedish printed on the wrapper but actually a product of Spain . We use to buy all our furniture here but now the price for even a small seat cushion is outrageous. The furniture was always a little uncomfortable but affordable, now they are uncomfortable and unaffordable, which might actually save many from a sore neck and back. Believe me, I spent many a night sleeping on my IKEA couch when I owned one. Today's visit was my last to IKEA, it has deteriorated so much over the years, it's a shame. I wonder how much longer they can survive in the United States. If those who speak so highly of it now had the past to compare it with, you would realize it is only a ghost of what it once was.

I went to purchase a table set that was advertised by a sign as 59 dollars and when I got to checkout it rung up as 79 dollars (the original price). I simply asked politely for a worker to fix the price being as it was clearly shown as 59 not 79. I was then belittled by “Keana” or whatever the hell her name is as she refused to honor the price. She acted with authority like she’s the manager or something…? My question is who trained her to act this way? Does she not understand basic customer service? And she proceeded to tell me “its just 20 dollars” how would she like me to take 20 dollars off her pay check? I would never go back after this incident and I would warn anyone to go to another location!
