No fuss hotel. Checked in online, got my virtual key, went in, that's about it. Clean, breakfast is ok, and the front desk staff is there if you need them. Plenty of parking. What stands out is the location. Super easy access to 91 and the surrounding areas. Very practical

My evening was a disaster too much to say. The maids and the breakfast attendants were amazing The evening staff was terrible. Some of the influence was because I'm "famous" but poor, it's unfortunate that I will no longer visit this location or any of the Hilton hotels. Motel 6 in San Pedro $100 cheaper and a little older but the sheets
Are by far more white than the hampton inn in carson and you don't have to worry about intimidated hispanic women who envy you because of my opportunity. It's unfortunate ? God bless the world ? ? ❤️

Stayed here for business several times, multiple days, multiple rooms for our team. Service has steadily declined for Diamond Members like us. They now cater to "subsidized" clientele.
We've been confronted by "security" more than once. Stay away if you're a business traveler; they've sold out to lowest bidder.

They hire thieves. DO NOT STAY HERE. On 8/14 I checked out of my hotel and headed to the airport when I realized I had left my AirPods at the hotel. I called and told the front desk agent exactly where they were. She called back and advised that the housekeeper had found my AirPods and they would be shipped the next day. They were not shipped until 8/16. UPS called to confirm my address and for payment for the package. I received the package on 8/22 and it did not contain my AirPods, but BROKEN AirPods that belong to someone else. In the screenshots, you can see they belong to someone named Eneida. I’ve called and emailed Hilton (corporate)and Expedia and nobody has seemed to care that one of their employees is a thief. I’ve also called the hotel numerous times and I’m constantly told there is no manager available. I’m extremely disappointed with how this situation has been handled and I still don’t have functioning AirPods.

We had a great experience staying at Hampton Inn Carson. We enjoyed our vacation. I would definitely love to go back and stay again with them.
Rooms: Room has refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, with strong wifi connection, toiletries, always clean and housekeeping regularly do their daily rounds.
Nearby activities: They got swimming pool, spa, gym. Washer and dryer available for laundry needs. There are nearby restos that are open 24/7.
Safety: Rooms are fairly secured
Walkability: Accessible to most eatablishments
Food and drinks: Free buffet breakfast available from 6 til 10am. They provide packed "To go breakfast" for those who are unable to avail. Vending machine and hot (coffee and tea) beverages available 24/7. I love it!!
Noteworthy details: Front desk and all staff helpful and accommodating.

Noisy and dirty, Hotel needs renovating! Carpets are filthy, duvet/sheets uncomfortable and gives a cheap motel feel
I had a room facing the highway and the windows offer zero noise isolation, got no sleep. Horrible experience.
Staff were nice, but it doesn't matter if the room is rubbish. Can't believe this is associated with the Hilton.

I am a Hilton diamond member and it seems like they don’t have any appreciation for the Hilton diamond members. The front desk did not have any courtesy when we requested an upgrade. They say they didn’t have any and I asked for to give us a good room and they put us in a room where we couldn’t sleep that night, right in front of the highways, you could hear the car noise every night the first night there was no towels No hot water. Bottom line is the West Hampton Inn. I have ever stay. I requested water and they gave me only one. Bottom line I requested to see the manager. They told me that my manager was not there. I requested a receipt and check out and they said that the computers were not working. Do not stay in this hotel.

This Hampton Hotel is dirty in the rooms, carpet is dirty. Appliances in the rooms don’t work and water down orange juice. They have accepted homeless vouchers but rooms are dirty and should be cleaned when someone has checked out.
Rooms: Rooms are dirty for what you pay. Carpet dirty and appliances don’t work.
