Got a flat tire off 405 freeway. Looked up this shop and guys were very fast and polite. Alejandro and Jorge were on top of the situation and solved my tire issue within 20 min and I was back on the road. Highly Recommend.

I discovered some type of large staple on the side of my tire. I called a few well known tire chains and was quoted a minimum wait time of 2 hours. I called Freeway Tires and was told there was no wait. I drove over in less than 10 minutes. Two big rig trucks were in the driveway. After I pulled up, a pick up truck with an extra long trailer pulled up behind me. I stood there and tried to get someone's attention, honestly I wasn't sure who worked there. I was asked to move my car and then told someone would help me out. One big rig truck driver was leaving and then the guy who pulled up behind me was helped next. I was a little confused since I had arrived first, they spoke to each other in Spanish so I couldn't figure out if there was a prior arrangement. Once everyone else was helped and left, someone came over to me. At this point I was sitting in my car because I was confused and very cold. The guy quickly examined my tire and said it was not fixable. He offered me the option to buy a used or new tire. Since the used tire available matched my set perfectly, I paid the $60 for the used tire. My tire was replaced in less than 10 minutes. I probably spent about 30 minutes there all together. I'm glad I practiced patience today, i didn't have to spend multiple hours waiting for my vehicle and I feel like I paid a fair price.

Wow don't know why I haven't left a review here , I used to live right down the street on Jackson & was always messing my tires up , with potholes , nails ... whatever the case was . As a girl I find it hard to trust any type of car service I always feel ripped off but I never get ripped off here , I been coming here since like 2017 & it's always the same guys , they tend to you quick & if they don't have your tires they'll go to Wilmington & get you them . I have received a gold level status cause they hooked me up the last time saying im their "clienta" *happy tears* . & my old car was a 2018 Toyota Camry & I current have a 2018 Audi q3.

Usually getting a tire patch at American Tires or Costco would take hours. Here it took no more than 15 minutes! For the service and price that it took to patch up my tire, I highly recommend coming here!
