This Carson Ferguson gotta be the worst costumer care ever these guys at the cashiers have such a bad attitude like if their thee not place to buy supply’s from smh management you need to do your job watch them how they talk to ppl like they don’t care bout what we there for hope the big bosses reads this and pays attention to us ppl I’m a UNION MEMBER quality at all time but this my friends ain’t quality at all

I am a long time ferguson customer and i always shop in Ferguson stores in Orange county . This is the first time i came to Ferguson in Carson . Absolute group of useless people behind the desks . It took over an hour to check out and pay with 5 people ahead of me . They laughing , chatting but working . I would never visit this ferguson store Ever . My Ferguson store in Westminster is a 5 star store with amazing customer service but this guys in Carson are total joke .

People are helpful. Retail customers pay a lot for parts. My guess is that one is better off buying at Home Depot or Lowes, or better yet, online. But if one needs hard to find parts, right away, what can one do.
