I had an excellent experience at the FedEx Office Print & Ship Center. When I went to the place, there were a lot of people. It was cleaned, andorganized. There was a personwho works at the center cameto me and asked if I need anyhelp. He was very friendly and helpful. I didn't have a color printer, and I needed help with the printing from my phone.And he showed me how to printfrom the phone. He was patientand polite.I had to print the flyers, but I couldn't able to print due withmy document.My document was not a regular document. It was a documentwhich was made it to video.Therefore, I had to change to the regular document.Anyway, I had to make a flyerall over again.After that, finally, I finished theprinting.I was so happy that I learned how to print copies from the phone.I liked the FedEX Office Print & Ship Center. Their price for the color copies are$10.00 for the 11 copies. It was a reasonable price. They offered printing from the phone, and you coulduse their computer. Also theydo the shipping & other things.I recommend this place to everyone. They have excellentservice and convenient place todo your office works.

FedEx as a whole is wildly incompetent. I've had a package out for delivery three days straight from this facility, they said delivery was attempted and future delivery requested. Easy to know that's a lie when I was home all day. Still yet to receive my package.

Went here for a pickup. Took a few minutes for them to come to the counter to help, but it was easy and simple once they were able to help. I've been here multiple times before. Usually no problems but sometimes really busy with a small parking lot. Parking can be an issue. Depending on when you roll though, it can be packed enough to not be able to park for quite some time.

Richard was helpful from the time I called. I came in and was greeted by him right away. Turns out the shredding bin was full and wouldn't fit all of my paperwork. Instead of just saying "Sorry I can't help you" Rocio called at least 4 stores to find out if their bins were full and told me where I can go for the rest of my shredding. Richard was very helpful placing documents in the shredder. They turn a bad experience into a good customer interaction although the could meet my entire needs!

Worse experience ever. This FedEx was supposed to deliver a package the 9th. Then I get a notification the address was wrong, when in fact it wasn't, even the customer service rep confirmed it was right. The moron driver, probably high af, couldn't find the location? ARE YOU KIDDING ME? So the woman said I'd get my package today the 10th. Now online it says I won't get my package until the 13th. ARE YOU KIDDING? next I'll probably get an email they lost it bc they're freaking idiots. I know kids that would work better, faster, smarter, Find a location better and be more suitable for this job than these clowns working there.

I was delivered a box that should have contained 4 wine bottles but only contained 3. When called this FedEx they pretty much took no ownership. Asked to speak to management but hung up after waiting almost 15 minutes

Fast service and the staffs are helpful. I was confused at once about where to drop off my package. The staff at the counter helped a little when he saw me coming into the store
