The carson location is the best . My experience here so far has been a blessing. Thanks to the staff here I give them all thumbs up. Plus 120%. They make sure our stay is like home.Thank you!

Front Desk clerk Sylvia was so wonderful that I bought her flowers as a token of my appreciation. Mark is also an exceptional employee. This hotel did good when they hired thrm. Bravo.Rooms: The full kitchen is a big treat that is hard to beat.

I paid for a room with a double queen bed but ended up with a single queen. Spoke to front desk about it and they didn’t accommodate me. Also one of older ladies that work nights kept flirting with me, it was really gross. I was told that this place served breakfast which was a lie! They gave us granola bars, on top of all of this I now have a rash all over my skin. Smells like weed. This place is not good!

On top of the room being in horrible condition, horrible customer service, and bad odor, my card was charged an additional $250 when I am certain the room was left in the same if not better condition than it was when we arrived. We did not have a working room key, front desk had to keep letting us into our room, she was outside smoking making people wait to be checked in. the entire hotel stinks as if its not cleaned daily. DO NOT BOOK HERE!! SPEND A FEW EXTRA DOLLARS AND STAY SOMEWHERE OF QUALITY ITS NOT WORTH IT AND THEY WILL SCAM YOU OUT OF ADDITIONAL MONEY AFTERWARDS. I CHECKED OUT ON MAY 18TH WASNT THERE A FULL 24 HOURS AND THEY CHARGED MY CARD AN ADDITIONAL $25O WHICH IS INSANE.

Avoid this location at all cause. Me and my husband are locals just wanted a night out away from the kids. We booked a room here and the lady at the counter was rude. If you hate your job find another one. No need to go around being a pri.ck for no reason. All we wanted was our room which was already booked.

The customer service agent was very professional. The room was full of roaches! I had to request a refund $170 and find my 89yr mom and (2) granddaughters (6 & 4) another room at 10pm. Horrible experience.

The room was not as it was described. It was supposed to have a twin let out couch, and it didn't. In the shower the hot water was cold and the cold was hot. The microwave was damaged. We went down for the free breakfast, and there was only oatmeal, and granola bars, hot water and coffee, with no spoon to eat with. I was very disappointed

Booked on Priceline, got there and the told me they couldn't give me my room because I was on "DNR" list , I inquired what that was an they replied Do not rent again I inquired as to why? I have never had a problem as I stay there often they replied they have no idea the just can't rent to me, besides the inconvenience it was also embarrassing as I had someone with me.I always conduct myself in a professional manner , am courteous and respectful , never leaving a mess and always a tip.Never have I been denied access to anything or anywhere.I feel that whomever made this decision and notified all locations about it should have contacted me first so I could understand what was going on and have the opportunity to tell my side as I'm sure it's a misunderstanding and if this is still their decision than it would have prevented an embarrassing situation and a waste of my time, and It's my belief if they are able to tell every location in the chain not to rent to me then they should be able to block my reservation thru Priceline so I could make alternate accomodations, and lastly It bothers me that I am targeted with their adds not only when I go on Priceline and other sites but directly to my email.I can only say the whole situation rubs me wrong but has left a bad taste.It could have been handled much more professionally and this is all on top of the fact I can assure anyone my behaviour at anytime anywhere did not warrant this action.Had I not received my deposit back I might have had a clue there was a problem but that's not the case.Very surprised, very offended and very disappointed!
