I have worked with this company for more than 5 years and recently their jobs have declined quality. I ordered the same business cards within the same week and one version came out very light on the colors. When I asked to get them reprinted, they said no because of ridiculous gangruns purposes and that the colors will never be exactly the same every time I order. I decided to get them reprinted with another competitor who offers better customer service.

They were good, now they don't get the jobs on time and their customer service is helpless and rude.

We have worked with this company for over 15 years. Unfortunately, their service is spotty. Their website has been hacked in the past and they have little to no gratitude for the business we give them. The product is typically good but it's hard to get service when the mistake was theirs. It's a gamble so be ready to take the chance.

I have been a customer for over 10 years. As a print broker, my reputation is at stake every time I place an order with a print shop. I have never had a problem with any of the jobs that I have sent in to Elite 4 Print. I just placed an order with them yesterday, and late in the day, I realized that I did not remove the layout template layer from the file I submitted. I know that they have a very efficient automated system, so I was afraid that they would print the file as it was. I realized the problem after hours, so I had to wait until the next morning to contact them. I spoke with Jeremy Burrell, and he assured me that they could substitute my bad file with the correct one. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I will always recommend Elite 4 Print to my fellow printers and print brokers.
