If you come in and try to buy a game to share with a friend, you shouldn't have to wait 2 hours to play... we have more than enough consoles to know the difference and to be honest it was distasteful to have to wait to still play the game when we were not informed that the update would take so long”

“A somewhat quiet Target location set as a designated “college” Target near the CSUDH university. It’s got a decent selection of goods, with a smaller clothing selection than many given its positioning next the SouthBay Pavilion Mall, and helpful staff (especially for returns). During holiday seasons, be mindful that drive-up wait times can skyrocket, so it might even make more sense to pick up your order in-store, but they often have one person handling both in-person pick up and returns.”

“In Carson store and I was assisted by Evelin. Please give her a raise and know that she is a very valuable employee. The store was busy yet she immediately spotted me and asked what brought me in. My issue was a weird unwarranted App that was on my phone and was interfering with Apps that I need and use to make my day/world great. Not only did she delete that menace but she took the time to go thru my phone and delete other apps that were unnecessary and/or interfering with my phone's best features and designated Apps. She maintained a professional demeanor and was personable and made me feel like a valued customer.”

“The last time I came was a while ago and from what I remember, two young girls that looked like twins helped me out. They were very nice and friendly and did amazing. Today I got extraordinary service from Esther she was attentive to my needs, helpful, and she was smiling to me the entire time.
