I've come here twice now and Daisy always gets me right! The first time, I came in July (2023) and asked for highlights and showed a photo. My hair looked SO much better than before and I was really happy with how it came out. I came back in 4 mo later in November for a root touch up / maintenance and again, Daisy just knew how to revive my hair and make it beautiful again. The prices are good for the value and inside is so cute! Really spacious, a table with books and snacks, and they also sell misc accessories. Daisy is my go-to colorist but it seems like everyone in the salon does a great job at color.

Got my hair dyed and cut here at Dolled Up Hair Studio! My hair artist was Daisy, she is highly skilled, knowledgeable, and experienced. She did a fantastic job and I'm so happy with how my hair turned out.She was kind, friendly and gave me great advice on how to maintain and take care of my hair! Definitely recommend booking with her!

I had an appointment today at 9 am with Daisy. I arrived at 8:50 am and waited until 9:40am but no one arrived. I was so excited because I've heard great reviews about this salon however I didn't get to get my service done.

Crystal was fabulous and made me feel like a brand new woman. I came in for the first time a couple months ago and showed her a picture of me with a haircut I loved and then another photo where another salon did not quite give me what I wanted. She immediately knew what I needed and did not disappoint. We talked and talked and had a great time while I was getting my hair cut. I am so so so happy to have a regular salon now and even happier that its Dolled Up!Service: Haircut

I’ve called for almost 2 weeks trying to make an appointment. Three times I have left my name phone number and what I need my appointment for. I have not received a phone call back. Why is it so hard to give a call back?! I have an appointment coming up with Tiva for my eyebrows who I absolutely love but I want to speak with crystal the store manager because at this point I’m beyond upset! I’ve called in advance to get my appointment for my hair to get done for my graduation and it’s going to be too late!

I'm one of those people that just refuse to let anyone touch my hair because I'm scared of them messing it up. I go to Dolled up and Giselle always does my hair. Even if I have to wait a month for an appointment she's worth the wait. Never disappointed and I always leave obsessed with my hair. My sister also goes to Giselle. My mom goes to the same salon but a different girl does her hair. All of us are always so happy with the results.

First of all I was not impressed by the hair stylist who just had done a sloppy blow dry because she did not realized my hair is thick & textured, but that will be for another time. I went in the middle of December, she said my blow dry would be $40. Then we started talking about my hair & she offered a treatment & said it was $55. Add it up, $95, but she also said she couldn't do it that day for me to call her later to arrange. It was my word against her but she never mentioned it was a promo for December. If she would've I would've made the call before December was over. However when I called her again and I scheduled my appointment she also didn't mention that it was a promo and the price would be different until she hit me with $150 bill. As soon as I told her that's not what we had discussed immediately she jumped with attitude she got her manager involved and they made a big deal. I am a sales person and a businesswoman and if my customer would've been confused I would've honored the promo and tell them listen I'm gonna honor at this time because I want you to come back and because it was my fault not discussing it with you. But that is not what happened this woman, the owner ridiculously was laughing and trying to humiliate me and make me feel offended because I told her I didn't have that kind of money until Friday. And then she threaten to call the sheriff. And me having $$$$ in my savings account I told her OK let's call the sheriff, I got time today. Because you don't do s*** like that to a customer and even less make them feel bad about you not doing the right thing. I wasn't gonna say anything but I learned yesterday that she even went across my nail tech for 10 years to tell her what what happened like my nail tech would've had anything to do with it. I had told my nail tech about the bad experience I had. I'm sorry sure as soon as I jumped in my car I paid her but everyone I have asked in the industry has told me I was not the one in the wrong they handled this awfully and it was their fault to not discuss the pricing since the beginning. Not my fault that the freaking hairstylist is unprofessional and with little experience in the industry. Then she try to imply that I was lying just to save her a** from her boss because she even wrote to me telling me you make me look bad in front of my boss but that is not cool it was your fault. And when I tried to tell her boss that I had never had a manager not wanna work a thing out she thought I meant that I had never had a manager let me go without paying by saying also this happens all the time? I don't know who this lady thinks he is but I know that God is watching and you should humble yourself. And this problem should've been handled different and I still deserve an apology from your both.

I was told they weren't able to do what I ask for, I say that's fine. We go with one solid color. When I leave, I have almost five different colors in my hair, blonde patches right on top of both sides of my head, and -170$ that I could've spent elsewhere.
