DB is a great company to work for... if you like to ride donkeys. You will get to high places. Management says they “care” about the employees but they don’t take them into consideration. There’s a lot of favoritism and segregation between office and warehouse personnel. The GM has an “open door” policy yet the warehouse has no access to his office. Management does nothing but manipulate and threaten the workers so they can get what they want from you. Deceitful company to work for.

I worked at their second location for almost a year. It was a good learning expirience. But management sucked. They let go of good workers and tell you to train others just to let you go.
