This place sucks. It needs new employees and or management. I dropped my prescription off and was told it would take 20 min. I went to look in the make up section. I asked the lady at the front if she could help me get some items. MARIA. There weren't any customers in line. She tells me there's someone on the floor and goes back to her phone like I'm supposed to go search for help and never even tries to call for help. A few min later I ask her if she could page someone to the makeup.She said someone will be by. Then she starts getting customers in line and she can see I'm irritated so she tells me I'll be over there once I'm done with these customers. Then I get the page that my prescriptions are done. 20 min!!! I waited trying to get help for 20 min! So I said forget it and went to get my prescriptions. Then she walks up and said do you want something. I told her no and asked her name. She pulls up her tag and says Maria go ahead and complain! Then I see the person who was supposed to be on the floor earlier walking around with her ear buds in on her phone oblivious to any customer! Like who's running this place!

Attention CVS Management :
Went to pick up meds on Monday evening March 11,2024.
At CVS - 150 west Carson street in Carson : very long line and just one employee working. Sick patients, elderly patients, etc. standing looking miserable. There were more employees but they were chatting, laughing not worried about the line of customers.

I don't usually do any yelp report but this employee here deserve this one. Such a very helpful and knowledgeable about the merchandise theyre selling. Very multi task individual. Made my shopping very simple fast and easy. Marla, thanks again for your help. I hope your manager will notice how great of a employee u are. il definitely comeback and shop at this location again.

They won't process a return if you don't have the receipt which they didn't provide in the first place if you ordered online and pick-up. Crazy and doesn't make sense even if you show them order # and email confirmation. Supervisor didn't do anything at all to help pretending nothing is happening just walking around by the checkout counter. So next time, I strongly advise to get a receipt for your pick up orders, Very poor customer service.

This CVS pharmacy is by far the worst. Customer service is nonexistent and the employees talk to you with such disrespect it is absolutely unbelievable. It is unfortunate that you have to endure this pharmacy's verbal abuse just to get the medication that you need to stay alive. This entire pharmacy needs to be restaffed with people who care and have the decency to treat customers with dignity. It's an absolute no for this pharmacy. Steer clear of this place for your own good. They don't deserve any stars.

The RX manager ANGELA NGUYEN is rude and unprofessional. There was only 2 customers in line before 1130 and she refused to assist us with picking up our medication. She let me know that she would have me escorted out as I explained I wouldn't be able to pick the medication up after 12 because I had work and that I was picking up pain reliever. She is extremely rude and definitely should not be working in any environment dealing with customers.

So I get a text from CVS stating that my medicine is ready get to CVS 15 minutes later and all windows are closed. It says online 24 hours in the store it says 24 hours not one technician came to the window to help but yet they open up the window for a couple of people to pick up medicines and told me to stand in line because they on lunch break how wonderful is that

This is one of my go to local CVS pharmacy that has pretty much of everything you need & a variety of products & brands to choose from. There service is quick, friendly, & efficient even when they're busy. Thank you for serving our community as always! It's so appreciated & needed even before, during, & after covid.

I went in for a walk-in flu shot, waited in the drop off line as initially instructed. One pharmacist walked by the line and said that flu shots should line up under consultation but the pharmacist, in that window, named Lin said that she was helping someone else and that people getting the flu shot should line up in the drop off line. When I told her that another pharmacist said to move to this line, she rolled her eyes and pointed at the drop off line rudely. So, I waited along with other people confused on their lack of communication with each other. Once it was my turn, Lin had the audacity to say that they no longer take walk-ins. After waiting for a long time, she had no other explanation other than they’re just taking mobile appointments. A complete waste of time

I have been to the CVS pharmacy for a long time and I never had any problemsat the store. They are open 24 hours andit is convenient for me.One time, late at night, I went to the pharmacy to get my medication.I forgot to order one of the refill medicines on the CVS Website. It was completely out. I got very sick from missing one pill.I explained to a lady pharmacist aboutmy situation. Then, she gave me a week'ssupply of medication for temporary.She didn't have to do that. I was pleasedthat she cares for the patient.She was a professional and caring person.I had to wait for a while until I got the medication.I would recommend this CVS pharmacybecause the pharmacist cared for the patient. Also, I like the Extra Rewards Coupons & a $5.00 Extra Rewards.When the store is on sale, I can use all the coupons to buy sales items. And I can save money for groceries.

Yes, the pharmacy is one of the few in the area open 24 hrs, however, the store is not stocked with basic items that other CVS stores have. The lines are long to pick up/refill a prescription. The pharmacist was very helpful however in filling my meds. The cashier didn't even know what basic over the counter item was that I needed and started playing guessing games as to what it is, instead of just looking it up. There is never anyone working on the floor to help you when you need it. It is one of the smaller CVS stores. Maybe due to the location(Carson), they might not want to stock up too many items. My guess is like Walmart, items are not stocked up anymore or have to be locked up due to high theft in the area.
