“SAMIRA & RENA WERE AMAZING at rue 21 . These ladies made my visit WONDERFUL. I honestly have not stepped foot into a Rue 21 in 4 years in a different state ,since previously the staff didn’t want to help or wasn’t anywhere to be found and this location surpassed my expectations. The store was well organized and clean. The fitting room was clean as well as the mirrors. I was immediately given the sales promotions and promptly given acces to a fitting room when I needed. They all were pleasant and professional!”

“So I would have given five stars , but the manager don't know her name but this person was very rude she was so focused on everyone else, she was using the drill on my nails without looking, I let her know your hurting me several times and she told me that's how I do it. So shame on me. Then I'm expanding what was going on with my daughter she buts in to explain her side . But I let Kevin finish me he was very nice. Thanks Kevin.”

“I was having a horrible day on Monday it was around 3 I was shopping for some clothes for my moms birthday. I went to checkout and this lovely employee named Elena made my entire day with her friendliness. I'm used to employees just scanning and ringing me up but no she went above and beyond to make sure I had a pleasant experience. Elena with the red hair deserves a raise!!! The store was pretty clean that day too and well stocked :) will definitely be coming here again!”
