I usually go to Chase Bank to usethe ATM machine because I don'tlike to wait inside of the bank.Using ATM machines is convenient.I can deposit money or make creditcard payment on the ATM machine.One night, I went inside of the bankto get some cash from the ATM machine, and I needed to pay the credit card payment. Since I had a Chase bank account, I used the Chase Bank card to enter the bank.I knew that it wouldn't be safe to withdraw cash at night. I was withmy dog, who was my bodyguard.Anyway, suddenly, I saw a man whocame inside of the bank. And I waspretty nervous when he was standingnext to me.My dog seemed to be very cautious toward the man. After that, the man stayed for a while, and he left the bank. I was really scared of the situation. Next time, I wouldn't go tothe ATM at night time. My dog was very protective of me.I liked to use the ATM machine, but from now on, I would not go to the bank at night.

I have a suggestion. Clean your atm buttons on the keypad. They are filthy.

My fiance received a call from this chase bank's phone line. It was (310) 513-7050 the exact number. They got a little bit of information out of her and were able to steal 6k!!! In a period of 2 days. Not only did they call us from this branches phone number they even pulled out the cash from this bank as well! They also denied our claim for fraud and basically said that it was our fault! Dont bank with chase and stay away from here!

well what can I say... usually most banks tend to be the same... as in long line and not many tellers open and usually that is the case with this location. Don't get me wrong the service and friendliness of the staff is always there but it always feels like you are at the DMV or something It is clean and I do like that they have ATMs inside in case you want to have more secure feeling vs outside and/or they are busy outside and you don't want to wait and don't need a teller (obviously only during opening hours)

I go to this bank all the time and Juliette is the best..!! Between her , Brenda and Karla.. I always feel very welcome and they are always ready to help me . These Ladies are very professional and always give the best service.. Great job ..!!

I went in to use the self-service machine to perform a withdrawal; it was a large sum of money so I wanted an envelope to hold the money in but there were none in sight. I asked a representative who was walking out of her cubicle-the first one to the right if you are entering the bank-and she stated they ran out and don't have any in stock. I asked if they had any other kind of envelope or folder or anything I can conceal the money in. She seemed very hesitant to help me but went to grab a bigger envelope from the back office and was just rude about the whole thing as if I was causing an inconvenience to her. Didn't even apologize, or acknowledge my thank you and just walked away without saying a word. She lacked customer service and for something that was not even my fault, she wasn't very kind about it. I won't be coming to this location anymore.

They had my government check I was tryna to cash, just to deny me and tell me to go to check cashing where I couldn't because they already printed on the back , now, they're telling me to go get another check, during cov-19 gov office closed or appointment only. I can't pay rent!!!!!!!!Or anything .

Couldn’t help us fix a simple situation. Made us go back and forth with no progress and did not keep in touch with us to resolve the situation unless we kept calling them. Had to make an appointment each time and wait one whole week just to go in for nothing and repeat. Really took almost 3 weeks to just open a checking account. Went to the one on Anaheim and Avalon in Wilmington and was helped right away.

Poor service. When I called to receive help due my account being closed for no appearing reason. The person who answered the call “Karina” was rude on her end just because I was trying to receive help before I lost any access to my money.

Chase bank employees here are the bomb. Lucy, Yolanda, and Ruben. They truly know how to take care of the customers. At the same time while there fixing the problems there teaching you too to not get in that problem. There very patience and calm. Good job guys. You all deserve raises.

I called the 800 number explained what I would like to do. They informed me of the information I would need and told me I had to go to the branch. I went to this branch 104 E Sepulveda Blvd, Carson CA. Waited in line to speak to someone they explained to me I would have to schedule an app online, walked me through it. On my way out I asked who I could complain to they gave me a card for "personal banker" Brianna D Montijo and told me that was the number to call. I confirmed since her card says "personal banker". I've called multiple times in the last 4 hours and have no been able to speak to anyone or leave a message. Very disappointed. DONT GO THIS BRANCH, terrible customer service
