The best Toyota dealer in Socal! I worked with Issac. I left my camry 2022 and switched to a brand new Corolla.Buying car in US totally new experience if you are new in country but he took care of everything and helped me to get the best deal with a brand new Toyota. I would also like to thank Manager Tamer for his great efforts to finish the deal, too. You dont need to look for other dealers instead of Fletcher Jones Toyota.

TRASH DEALERSHIP! SHOP CARVANA!!They hand you off to different people. I left after I dealt with Juan Carmona’s arrogance… he didn’t want to help me because I wouldn’t agree to the numbers HE wanted to put down on paper. I needed up having to go back because He forgot to give me my registration. Then I get a phone call from a manager Daniel Garza Garza telling me that he would help me and that he would get someone else to help me. What happened? He has the same A-hole try to help me. I was so irrite that I wrote emails, responded to this review and guess what? There was absolutely NO FOLLOW THROUGH! No caree that their customer service is HORRIBLE! Before Carson Toyota became Fletcher Jones, is was always a great experience with “MJ” Ordaz and Mauricio Alcantara.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. The sales manager Pablo Ramos-Argueta is absolutely rude and unprofessional. After spending close to four hours at toyota of carson on Saturday 1/13/24 we got no answer as to the result of the application for lease except we will contact you tomorrow. During our 3.5 hour wait the sales rep Jesse was tending to his owns matters or hanging out outside the building. They had so many contradictory statements between Jesse and his manager as when the result will be clear. On the third day of going to the dealership i saw 5 different enquiries on my credit file with two different entities ( fletcher jones and toyota financial) three days in a row. They pulled my credit on days I was not even there.Apparently there is a loop hole in their application form that allows them to do an enquiry on your credit as many times as they want which i will discuss with my attorney. Finally when i went in there to ask them what was the need for pulling credit three days in a row the sales manager Pablo was extremely rude towards me instead of doing his job which is addressing the issue he said”I don’t have to give you the credit application that you signed. Ask your lawyer to contact us. “ They are bullies and extremely unprofessional. They only see customers as a transaction and nothing more. Eventually the next day they stopped answering our call and we were left with no definite answer as to what is the result of the application after five enquiries. Extremely frustrating and I recommend you take your business somewhere the manager treats people with dignity. He should not be in a leadership position whatsoever and I feel sorry for the company that Pablo represents. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!!!

I worked with Richard Yi yesterday in getting a car. I was nervous to start the process after what I've been through in my past finances. But when I met Richard Yi, he immediately made me and my family comfortable. As he explained every step of the process, he insured that I understood his explanation. He made the whole process easier than I had expected. I was totally satisfied with the outcome. I wouldnt hesitate to go back for my next vehicle ??❤️

WORST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER. I will never go back to this place. We went to lease a car there on Saturday 1/13/24 after they contacted us that the vehicle we wanted is available. We spent 3.5 hours there with no result. Sales rep Jesse put us in an office and when we went to ask what is going on we found him hanging out by the front door. In the end we left after they told us they would contact us tomorrow. We left and after three days of follow up we realized the credit was run three days in a row with two different entities ( fletcher jones and toyota financial). The ran the credit on days we were not even at the dealership (14th and 15th) and it popped up on the credit report.how is a dealership authorized to run credit multiple times with one signature from customer? It is because this is an unregulated industry so my advice is as a consumer look out for yourself before you go the Carson Toyota dealership. Even if you ask them to run your credit once they ignore and we ended up with multiple enquiries with no purpose. Does a person’s credit score change overnight that you run their credit three days in a row? Bottom line is they do whatever they want to make a sale . Super unprofessional and extremely frustrating experience.

absolutely the worst car buying experience in my life they are ruining my 833 credit score by not paying off my trade in it’s been way past the 21 days required by law January 6, 2024 will be one month they have in collections the customer relations manager has been requested to email me for about three weeks now with no response they failed to write a optional contract so I could finance with my bank like agreed on. This was so they could sneak in an undisclosed rebate for additional dealership profitI suggest to stay as far away from this dealership as possible if not take pictures of everything they show you don’t give them your keys like I did and wasn’t able to leave like I tried. They are very irresponsible and malicious in my opinion they claim a customer tier system but told me that the best Toyota financial could offer was a 8.95 interest rate. Now I have to sue them for punitive and actual damages

Carlos Gonzalez is the best Sales Consultant i worked with! He Kept his word by helping us leave the dealership with the car we needed. The process was super smooth and he showed us that he genuinely values his customers. I will continue to use Fletcher Jones Toyota services and highly recommend this dealership when considering new Toyota vehicles. There customer service and staff deserve a 5 stars. Again, Thank you Carlos Gonzalez for getting us that last car! and making this happen!

Not one to leave feedback unless I feel it would benefit another. Took my truck (purchased new there) in for 20,000 mile service this Saturday, dealt with Susana. Beautiful Saturday morning but apparently she was not having a good morning. She never said anything rude, just short and not happy, definitely not welcoming . As a business owner myself this would not be acceptable for my employees to conduct themselves in this manner to one of OUR customers, we work as a team. Not very professional,after I was told my service would only take approximately 2 hours of my Saturday, it took 5 hours

Please for the love of God, avoid doing business with this dealership AT ALL COSTS. After going to the Los Angeles Auto Show and seeing it at the convention on 11/19/2023, We came down to Fletcher Jones Toyota of Carson on 11/20/2023 between 6:30 pm PST and 7:45 pm PST in search of a 2024 45th anniversary edition Toyota Supra in Absolute Zero (white paint color) after spending hours calling nearly every other Toyota Dealership in the Southern California area looking for one in stock or available to reserve. Fletcher Jones was the last place we called before we stopped calling around for the day. Chris Avi spoke with us on the phone and let us know after asking if they had any Supras available at their dealership that one was available for reserve after the original person who had the car on reserve decided to walk away from it. They told us, after asking if they were willing to sell us the car at MSRP (about $65,000), if we were to come down and reserve it and offer a low mileage trade in, then they were more than willing to do so and were also willing to pay top dollar even beyond what was offered in kelly blue book's website for a fair trade in because it is the week of thanksgiving and they have offers going on to pay top dollar for trade ins. They also mentioned they weren't the type of dealership that would try to sell a car at more than MSRP and that all they were looking for at that point was simply a buyer who was serious and willing to work with them to buy the vehicle. After agreeing to come down the same day to their dealership and driving over one hour from Pomona to Carson to their location, we arrived only to find out that suddenly, there is a 10,000 markup on the car and that the lowest they thought they could do to reduce the mark up was 5,000 above MSRP. They lied to us from the very beginning that we talked on the phone. We made the long drive to the dealership just to find out they lied and continued lying to us and waste more than an hour of our time. We gave them a chance to see what they can do even after finding out they were withholding information from us about the car's real asking price and we were patient, as understanding as we possibly could be, and as courteous as we could be even after finding out we were lied to once we were at their dealership. Even then, they were still continuing to lie to us. We discussed trading in our Black 2017 Honda Accord LX with less than 30,000 miles in excellent condition and Kelly bluebook priced the trade in value at $17,257 and they appraised it for 14k and kept saying that that was the price given to them from kelly blue book. We were prepared that could happen and we showed them that the car is worth $17,257 dollars in trade in value for a black, 2017 honda accord lx in excellent condition with 28,555 miles. The sales rep we dealt with (Samer Alshlool) offered us to speak with his manager (Tamer Ahmed) directly after letting him (Samer) know how ridiculous it was that they were trying to low ball offer our trade in and after showing them the webpage straight from Kelly Blue Book's website of the fair trade in value our car was worth. Again, this was still after trying to give them another chance to make things right after lying to us just to get us to their dealership. We spoke with the sales rep's manager (Tamer), who then said the most they can do with reducing the markup of the car was $8,000 versus $10,000 and that our car was worth less than 14,000 and that we could make more money off of the car by selling it on our own. We told him we are not in a rush to get into the Toyota Supra and that we were fed up with the games and the lies and that if they were not willing to be honest with us and give us a better deal, then we were just gonna walk away. The manager could hardly care less if we walked away and was not willing to empathize with the horrible experience we were forced to deal with since we arrived at their dealership and gave us a smug attitude and offered to let us go. It was a long wait, but work was completed. I decided to stay. Ms. Tracy was very nice and did my paperwork. She let me know additional work was needed to my dads truck and the price. They also texted me a video of the findings and a breakdown of what passed and what needed attention. Very helpful. After 5 hrs, i was called to the cashier for payment. Very busy for a Saturday, and i had a morning appointment, lol.

I had a very good experience at Toyota of Carson. Our main sales agent was Matt Rawashdeh. He was very patient with us as we navigated toward our car purchase. We met with him several time over several days. He answered all our questions and worked with his to get a good deal on our vehicle. He was personable as well. I would return to Toyota of Carson for next purchase.
