if i could i would 0 star. This dealership is a laughing stock!! I highly do NOT recommend. I would say go to Manhattan Beach Toyota or West Coast Toyota over this silly excuse for a Toyota dealership. They are extremely unprofessional and on top have ridiculous prices on their vehicles. And don't you dare call them out on it because they will gaslight you and laugh in your face. They try to make you think they are giving you a deal by " lowering the price so they make no profit on the vehicle" which is utter BS. If you do have the misfortune of going in i highly recommend going in informed on the true value of the vehicle you are looking at via Kelly blue book and/or comparable vehicles elsewhere because trust me these clowns will try selling you a used vehicle at a new vehicle price or real dam near to it. Also, their "car values" they show you are laughable. They try to squeeze every penny out of you. If you don't believe me look at their used car inventory prices and compare it to new vehicle pricing and you might as well go with a new vehicle. STAY AWAY.

I had a pretty good experience here vs my last experience at another location. Omar was the first one to talk to me and helped me find a great car. He did a lot of work to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. At first the numbers weren’t looking ideal, so Pete made it happen. Mauricio made the process at the end simple.

Initially, I contacted this dealership through the Toyota website using the "Smart Path" feature. Olga Esquivel reached out to me and we spoke about pricing. We made the 2 and a half hour drive only to be told a different and much higher price. From there on out, I dealt with their sales consultant Jesse Cadena and the sales manager Ibrahim Subeh. The 4runner my wife and I wanted to get was still in transit and not at the dealership. We spoke with Jesse and Ibrahim about the price not matching what we were told over the phone and how we drove so far(Jesse was very sympathetic to the fact that we drove so far to deal with this)and we were told the initial price would be honored. This, I have to thank Jesse for. We went back home, waited a few weeks, all the while Jesse kept us up to date on the 4runner and where it was while it was being processed. Jesse was always straight forward with us, no BS and attentive. The 4runner finally arrived late afternoon on 4/13/24. It was Jesse's day off, but he called me and drove to the dealer as we also made our way so that we could 100 percent lock it in and start the paperwork. The process was fast, straightforward and painless. Jesse and Ibrahim were both very straight up with us and really did honor the agreed upon price. We then dealt with John Salman, the finance manager and he was also really straight up with us and we made the deal happen. We picked up our new baby the following day after it was prepped and inspected and we couldn't be happier. Thanks to Jesse for going the extra mile, and to Ibrahim and John for also helping us get my lady her dream 4runner TRD PRO! They always treated us with respect. I highly recommend these guys and will definitely be coming back soon as a repeat customer. I've never said that about any dealership and never thought I would. -Ozzy

I am so upset of the level of service that was given to me. For as long as I know we have been bringing our cars to Toyota Carson for service. But today I wanted to try out their service department since it was displaying that they are open till 8 PM and this is the only way I can get my car service without having to get an appointment. I get there around 4:45 and a one of the guys checking in cars ask me if I had an appointment or not and I said no. He said he will asked one of the service advisor and see if they can still take me. I waited for 30 minutes before getting an answer in my car and kept telling me that they will be with me shortly. And by 5:15 PM service advisor came to me and said that since I don't have an appointment they are unable to service my car. This is ridiculous because they had me wait 30 minutes before getting me an answer whereas other cars continued getting check in. Yet when I called the service department they said when getting an appointment take it as a Doctors Appointment. If your appointment is 7:15 and you get there at 7:15 and there are other cars ahead of you your car will not get service right away because of this. If this is the case then I should have been taken care of rather than waiting for 30 minutes and telling me that they can't service my car while other cars are getting check in for their service. This was completely unfair on the side of Carson Toyota Service Department.

They don't deliver what they promise. I've had the truck we bought for 7 months and it came out with smashed glass and a few other defects. They said they would fix it and they haven't. They only make me lose days of work.

All these dealers in service now sucks! lacks on proffessionalism and they act like they're doing you a favor. only reason i go to dealer for service is because my car is still under warranty so they dont gove me ahard time when my car has an issue (which I'm sure they will of its under warranty). They mark up the prices of the car but their service, attitude, and care keeps dropping. sikc and tired of this dealerships!
Just an update.
Looks like you guys racked up some negative reviews just the past recwnt months. it lokks like since the name change. Maybe the owner should look into the management that runs this place. This use to be my to go place for service and purchase of new car. Time to look for a new place!

10/10! Awesome experience buying a car from Xavier at Fletcher Jones. Had the car pulled up front before I arrived I was in and out no bait and switch tactics. Great car great experience. Mauricio in finance was awesome offering the best deal out there. Thanks again Xavier and Mauricio!

I’m lifetime customer of Fj and I have over 10 cars from Mercedes Benz Fletcher and this time my mother in law wanted to get the new pirus and to be honest I never felt any different from the Mercedes or Audi or Porsche dealership. Everything is clean and the whole stuff was great and helpful and honest
