Wouldn’t recommend this place simply because they aren’t reasonable. A LOT of us know by now the types of games dealerships play when it comes to ripping people off. Whether it’s because you come in with your own approved loan or something else. They tried selling us a used Toyota Corolla with a $2000 alarm system and wouldn’t negotiate the price. First salesman was willing to work with us a bit until the other guy got involved. They even tried “showing us the math” to show us the price with taxes and the alarm system wasn’t a “big difference” or some crap. But they stopped halfway through when they realized their own numbers didn’t add up either which was hilarious. Games the game but they can’t get away with it as easily as before, probably why that car is still listed. I’ll feel bad for any person who falls for it. I won’t leave one star because the first guy was cool and like I said the game is the game but doesn’t change the fact it’s bs.

Amazing Facility one of the more cleaner Nissan Stores came to bring my Frontier in Service Edgar and Hunter were very knowledgably. Then also the wait was not that long at all about average 30-35 mins with no appt! I wanted to get a value for the car and Max was helpful and able to give me Kelly Blue Book price for the Frontier.

I regret that I trusted the name "Nissan" and neglected to check the details in advance.
Because I trusted the name "Nissan", I paid the additional $2500 without saying anything, but I bought "NO DAMAGE" without repairing the damaged part.
The salesman was very nice, but the used car department and the service department are terrible. I left my car overnight to have the stereo fixed, but when I picked it up the next day, it was not fixed. When I told the service person about it, he said, "You bought the used car, talk to the salesman.”
I have wasted two trips here. I have wasted my time and gas by leaving work early and picking up my wife to do so. I would not recommend buying a used car here.
I really don't want to give them a star, but I will give them one star for my salesman.

Twice I have gone to Carson Nissan, and twice I’ve been disappointed. The first time they added in a bunch of extra costs, not displayed or mentioned until we got close to the end of the deal. This second time, they literally reneged on a deal that they said they would honor ‘if we came in that day’. Sneaky sales people, not worth your time. Plenty of other Nissan dealers to choose from.

I sent my father here with my youngest sibling to purchase a truck we had seen online. I specifically requested one of the sales person to call me when they were done looking at the truck so we can negotiate the sale since I was attending a funeral at the time. I received no call back, they completely took advantage of the situation and signed them up for unnecessary items. There was a language barrier between my father and the sales person. No explanation on what anything was and they gave them the signed paperwork on a USB. I don't recommend any first time buyers to come to this location. I will be looking into this matter myself. Unprofessional on their behalf...

Don’t waste your time; they’re not there to sell you a car. I tried to buy a used car and they wanted an extra $2k for options that weren’t optional and they didn’t disclose in the listing. This was an 18% price increase. Stay away from any Lithia motors dealer.

I called right now to see if I could have my car reset because my battery died.2 icons came on, but one of them came off.Now my check engine light is on and they're trying to tell me how to pay $225.I'm gonna have to find another car dealer to go to because right now.I'm so unhappy with carson nissan now knowing this I will never recommend carson nissan

My service advisor Osvaldo was knowledgeable, professional, and took time explaining what the mechanics found during my maintenance visit. I trust the work and professionalism of the staff at Carson Nissan to keep my car running efficiently.
While my vehicle was in service I was happy to find a new filtered water station to fill my Hydroflask! In addition to complimentary popcorn and latte machine!

I’ve tried the service department twice at this location. Both times made an appointment both times it took over three hours to complete an oil change. Not sure why I bought lifetime oil changes but I’ll be doing it myself from now on. thanks for wasting time and money.
Update now my car is leaking oil because you overfilled it. it is completely dirty after 13 days with minimal driving. And the “new” oil filter has rust on it. what kind of scammers are you? I’ll be sending you the bill for the damages you caused to my vehicle.

Thank you for reaching out to me regarding my 2020 Nissan Rogue's recent service at Carson Nissan. This is the first time that I have owned a vehicle worthy of dealership servicing. I came in to make an appointment and was greeted by John. He explained the process and assisted me in planning for the appointment. He also took the time to answer my questions regarding the Owner's Manual maintenance schedule. When I arrived for the service appointment I was assisted by Raymond. Since this vehicle is new to me, I was unsure of the previous maintenance history. I had the Carfax but some maintenance items were not listed. Raymond was thorough and took the responsibility to contact the service manager of the previous Nissan dealership that had performed the maintenance, to verify my Rogue's maintenance history. Both John and Raymond were cordial and polite, professional while keeping a friendly disposition. The maintenance was performed expeditiously by the unseen heroes in the back. I especially appreciate the car wash before the return after service. Thank you to all that contributed to my first dealership service experience. A special thanks to the lady making the popcorn, (I didn't get her name), she scooped up a bag of popcorn for me while it was still popping. Now that's fresh popcorn.

After a few bad experiences at Cerritos Nissan Service department, I decided to give Carson Nissan a try. It was a little different being that they seemed understaffed as normally there's someone to assist you when you pull up. Since there wasn't, I had to get out and find an advisor, but no one was around for quite a few minutes. Once we got assistance from Ozvaldo "Ozzy", I felt like I made a good decision, and was fortunate to get his assistance. He did make some recommendations, but once I brought it to his attention that I had some pricey work done not too long ago, he advised that he would look into the national database to see what's been done in effort to bring the price down and sure enough he did just that. One thing that was of concern was work that Cerritos charged me for, weren't found in the system. This location is a bit out of the way for me, but worth the drive for the peace of mind I felt leaving there at the end of the day.
