I recently got a 2024 Prologue from Joseph and Barbara at Carson Honda, and I was very pleasantly surprised by the experience! Like many, I dread car shopping and expected to spend hours negotiating and wondering if I got a good deal. However, Joseph made the entire process smooth and straightforward. His attentiveness and transparency were impressive; he was informative without being pushy, which suited me perfectly. As a graduate student, every penny counts, and Joseph was very considerate in ensuring I understood the pricing and received an excellent deal. I came to Carson Honda over Labor Day Weekend. I was working with Estevan Salgado. He was very honest and upfront with me throughout the entire process. He answered all my questions and made himself available even after I left the dealership with the vehicle. Lorenzo helped me out in the finance department. He was patient while we figured it all out. I already have two cars that I have had for service and the service is terrible, first a 22 accord scratched my glass because the service does not work well the glass and today I have a 24 civic 25 minutes waiting for someone to come out and the car is scheduled with warranty The glass did not go down and they gave me an estimate of 300 Dlls or more, the very young girl unexpectedly has very bad staff there, I will never return.

Accountability, turns out after 1 year and a half of buying a Honda accord hybrid form Carson of Honda the paint started to peel off. Turns out I have an aftermarket bumper. ?I drove the the car under 30,000. However they denied me any assistance on correcting this eye sore. As a customer I go in to buy a car for safety and looks. The records shows no accidents reported. But they are still able to sliding in a aftermarket bumper which paint don’t stick to. Feeling frustrated and neglected by Carson of Honda who don’t stand by there cars. Buyers be wear of the old switch.
I was called in by Ronald Gomez service manager who reviewed my car. Mr Gomez showed understanding and accountability by having my car fixed. I just picked up my car after being in the shop five days. I’m great full for the assistance and communication on Mr Gomez and those in the service department. They followed thru with a well cared car. Thank you for reaching out and listen to one who felt over looked. Four stars for the awesome work.
