horrible customer service ! doesn’t know how to talk to customers. doesn’t know how to wash cars properly i had take it back 3 times for them to do it correct and at that point i just did it myself. they stole items from car and played dumb about it did not want to reimburse me.

NOT WORTH THE MONEY. THEIR WAY OF CLEANING IS TERRIBLE. NO QUALITY. ITS NOT WORTH THE MONEY. THEY OFFER ME A HAND WASH CLEANING ON MY CAR AMOUNTING TO 39.99$. I THOUGHT I HAD MY CAR CLEANED THOROUGHLY SINCE I DO NOT HAVE MUCH TIME BRINGING MY CAR FOR WASHING EVERY WEEK BUT I WAS DISAPPOINTED BECAUSE WHE I CHECKED MY CAR, BIRDS POOPED WERE NEVER REMOVED, I COULD STILL SEE DUST WHICH FOR ME, IT INDICATES THAT IT WAS NOT EVEN WASHED WITH SOAP. I HAD TO ASK THE MANAGER THAT KEPT REMOVING BIRDS POOP WITH WET RUGS WHICH CAN CAUSE SMALL SCRATCHES AND HAD TO EXPLAIN THIS TO THE MANAGER. PAYING 39.99$ FOR A THOROUGH CLEANING IS NOT WORTH IT WITH THE SERVICE THEY GAVE. THE INSIDE OF MY CAR WERE NOT VACUUMED WELL, NOT DUSTED THAT I COULD OBVIOUSLY SEE MY FINGER PRINT FROM MY DASH MONITOR. I COULD STILL SEE CRUMBS OF BREAD THAT WERE SUPPOSEDLY VACUUMED. I ASKED THE MANAGER TO REDO WASH AND VACUUMED AGAIN BUT REFUSE BUT OFFER ME TO JUST REFUND. I DID NOT WANT TO BE REFUNDED COZ I NEEDED MY CAR RO BE CLEANED AND AM VERY DISAPPOINTED TO THE ATTITUDE OF THE MANAGER TO INSTEAD TO SATIFY HIS COSTUMER, HE JUST OFFER ME A REFUND. I GOT REFUNDED BUT THE CASHIER GAVE ME ATTITUDE. I WILL NEVER GO BACK IN THIS CAR WASH PLACE ANYMORE. NOT WORTH MY MONEY AND TIME. NO QUALITY.

Horrible service! The vacuum cleaners AWFUL. Come on it’s not that hard to clean Mats!! Prices Sky high now!! I have moved on to Bellagio car wash whole lot better nicer crew!!! Cheaper and 5 minutes!!!!

Before they remodeled this place it was a good car wash now it's overpriced with horrible service the detailers do not know what they're doing but what do you expect from third world people from across the border I can wash and detail my car better than them

Carson Car Wash used to be my top choice if I needed my car wash or detailing needs. However, I haven't been back here for the past three years due to a bad experience.
Fast forward to April 2024. I thought I'd give them another chance. First, I was they were so focused on upselling to a hand wash, after I declined the guy tried another upsell into a spray wash. They should put more focus into actually giving the best experience and delivering the service the customer paid for. In the end, I opted for the Premier Wash. When my car was ready, I tried pointing out some missed spots, most noticeably the rims were still dirty. I tried telling the guy however, he just looked at me like crazy and handed me my keys.
Today's negative experience left me with a bad taste. This car wash service has gotten downhill. I will take my business somewhere else where they care and value the customers.

I have a monthly payment of $55.00, and I am sorry to say I maybe dropping. 1- there personnel don't use a step latter when drying & doing sunroof glass, 2- poor vacuuming, 3rd- later in the day you can see swirling when they cleaned the windows, and I have to bring to have redone, 4- when we had rain for entire month and they were close, the owner or Manger would not prorated the cost. I hope they this because I am not the customer whom feels this way.

My son in law gave this to me as a gift. Have to constantly stand there while they vacuum because they don't clean seats or my 7 seater backseat. Some will have an attitude when asked to vacuum what should have been done.

While they are a little pricey they usually do a good job on my vehicle. They steam clean my engine recently. I thought they did a good job and the cost was reasonable. My friend looked under my hood and commented that it looked brand new.
