I canceled my membership with the car wash because I wasn’t going to be in the area any longer, I filled out the paperwork to cancel and the company is still charging my card.
I called the company and no one answered, only get the voicemail.
⬆️It’s been about a week since I left this review, I’m giving an update.
The car wash has refunded me.
Thank you to the Manager for their quick response to this matter.

This year's Tunnel of Terror was the best! It was spaced out so well that each car had a lot of great interaction with the scare actors/performers and it was definitely worth it! It was way better than this year's Haunted Car Wash Anaheim!

The facilities seem good but the cars come out with a lot of soap and wax spray still on the car. They need to make the rinse longer or something because right now it's not a car wash, it's a car dirty.

They say they recycle their water. My latest wash show it. Spots. Guy tells me to go up the street where they can remove the water spots. Still going back, just with lower expectations.

Didn't clean my car very well. It left pollen spots on my windows that I could easily scratch off with my finger. I asked the manager to run it thru again, but he refused. I told him he ran a car wash not a car casual rinse, but he said my car was too dirty. I told him, yes that's why I came to your car WASH.

They didn’t clean my car, exactly that was too bad. I am about to go tell them and then they say like the machain was very soft, blah blah blah blah.

Great place for getting a quick car wash for ten dollars on up but you do have to dry your own car and must bring your own towels or
chamois but I have noticed my cars do come out clean and it will usually last for a week or little longer and they also have free vacuums which are included with any wash.

Pretty good car wash. Cleans your car better then other drive thrus such as Shell and 76. Also they have the vacuum included. Everyone's there after work so it can get packed otherwise I'm in and out within 5minutes.
