As a fairly new customer, every visit was a different experience. Even though I requested the same person every time, that person was never available. But, this last visit made up my mind, NEVER AGAIN. I asked for a full set, i received one tip, and the others coated. I requested cuticle trim, and cuticles are worse than before. There is extra coating on the inside of nails. All while the technician constantly saying, "I'm going to make your nails beautiful."

Nancy is awesome with my pedicures. She takes her time and is extremely professional. I only get my nails done for special occasions now, but they have a variety of great nail techs. I'm always satisfied when I leave.

Today I went to get my nails done and I had purchased the pedicure package that comes with a 5 min massage. I was picking out my color and asked to see 2 different colors so I could see which one looked okay on me after the first color was tried on me I politely said I didn't like it and wanted to try another color the lady who was helping me made a huge run around and was being very rude about this when I have every right to speak up about something I don't like for a service that I am paying for. The lady did not give me a massage and when I asked her to see the price list to make sure I picked the one that comes with the massage she told me it's at the front. When I got to the front I told the receptionist that I did not receive a massage and I did not want to pay for a service I did not receive the receptionist was very rude and kept asking the other lady the price while actively disregarding what I was saying to her. I am a very polite person so I just paid the full price even though I did not receive a massage and left instead of making a scene. But the service here is absolutely horrible and I will never be returning again and the prices do not match the service that you receive. Please be cautious about this place!

I've tried many other places around here and keep coming back to NANCY for my pedicures! She does the best work, exactly what I want. I like my toenails short and natural, buffed instead of polished, which she does perfectly. She also gets rid of ALL the calluses and rough skin I'm prone to expertly. Outstanding work. Only downside is that I have to get in early in the day or her schedule fills up.

Remove gel x nails and manicure! Horrible Horrible Job don't even look like I got a manicure. I will not be back! Expensive not worth the money ! Could've done this myself and I have 3 cuts on my fingers. My other hand looks the same! Not a very nice guy either. My nail polish chipped later that same day! My charge for my services was $20.00 to remove my gel x and $25.00 for manicure. $ 45.00 for crap service! Really all he did was remove my gel x nails and file and paint my nails. Such a Rip! If you want to waste your money like I did then go here. I encourage you to choose a different nail spa!! Really I give 0 stars!

I love this place, but at times it's so noisy like a night club, so with that being said it ruins the experience . At times it feels like you're in the ghetto , so sad . I went a cross the way to have lashes done and it cost me $100.dollars so the next day they fell off, I was out of town a few days at a special event. So I was so upset. I went back to the girl and told her what happened. So it cost me $ 20.00 more to fix my lashes and my lashes fell off two days later so I went back to complain to the owner & basically said you're out of luck. I was so upset. Never again and I go get my nails done there every two weeks and spend over $100.00 two times a month & I been going there for years. Bad way to treat a good customer .

I'm very unhappy with the service I received, I had my lashes done here friendly service, but the quality and work done is very unsatisfactory & poorly done ,it appeared as if she was just stacking up the lashes & I don't know what type of glue they use but it was a bit clumpy & it was very damaging to my natural lashes , I had a good amount of lashes pulled off with the fake lash since the glue was so stiff and hard this was with me taking good care & keeping maintenance on them they didn't last a week before they started falling off on its own with my natural lashes included . It was irritating so I went in to get them "professionally remove" paid 35$ for the removal back at the location all for more of my natural lashes to get pulled off I could hear her clipping and pulling with like tweezers since the removal oil wasn't enough , I cried when I got home of all the lashes I was missing , and they still wanted me to get another set ! Never going back

Still have my favorite technician who is fantastic! It's best to go through the week. I chose a Friday this time and it was as noisy as a night club! Everyone was talking loud ignoring the ".Spa and Relax Zone" signs and blocking out the smooth jazz. Gave me a headache but my nails are gorgeous!

I can't say enough about how much I appreciate NANCY for my perfect pedicures! I've tried other places around the area and keep coming back here because the work she does is exactly the way I want it. The only catch is that I have to get in early in the day to catch her before she's all booked up. She's really worth waiting for!

I go here because it’s a convenient distance from my house, the prices are ok a little pricy but the nail techs are always extremely friendly! The few complaints I have are due to the cuts they make on my finger nail beds when I get my acrylics, no matter who does my acrylics they always leave me with cuts and scars that burn for a few days and sometimes when I get pedicures too they will make my toe bleed and overall I’m never Inlove with my nails at the end of my service because of this I really don't go here unless I’m in desperate need. The decor is nice tho!

I live in Long Beach but I drive to this location for my eyebrows because they're thin and the technicians make them look great. Today I was helped my younger one in the back who barely took her time only cleaned the area up did not shape them spent more time trying to convince me to get my eyebrows tattooed on. If she did not have experience with thin brows she should allowed someone else to do it. I normally praise this shop and recommend it but I left disappointed and thinking I need a new location.

I drive out of my way to get my nails done here because Kenny is gentle and detailed-oriented. Also because I don't get hang nails a couple of days after my mani. Plus, Kenny has a great eye for color. Whenever I am ready to switch things up, his color suggestions are always perfect.

I went in to have eyelash strips applied. Donna did a horrible job. Too much glue and began to lift once i got home(5min). $12 wasted
