I’ve been going to this salon since high school 2021 because they always do well but after they’ve gotten more popular they don’t know how to respect scheduled appointments. It’s frustrating and rude.

The quality of their nails is average. I got a gel pedicure yesterday.
If you want better service, go elsewhere. I waited nearly 1.5 hours to have a dip manicure done but never got it b/c I had an upcoming event to attend soon after. The owner didn’t even apologize. The manicurist helped another customer first who arrived after me.
PI strongly recommend going to another nail salon that has better service with the same or better nail quality.

I can't believe my nails more than 20 days. Wow, I'm impressed. I wish I have asked the name of the young lady who did my nails. Because she did an excellent job.

Definitely my new official spot!!! They are super cautious of what you want and definitely deliver! I recommend scheduling an appointment since they stay busy! But overall so satisfied with staff and services. I've got Mina and Kathy and both do an excellent job. Very affordable in my opinion (:

so I went in wanting a design, Instead of the person giving me what I wanted she did what she was capable of! So no happy with it... why wouldn't you just say you cain't do it and I would have done something else. totally not happy.

Kathy is the best for pedi or mani. She's so nice, professional, and always does an amazing job. It is always a great experience with her. Can't recommend her enough!

Horrible big toe nail infection that I have been trying to clear for over a week. They should not be removing people's ingrown nails to they extent thay they did on me if they aren't being sterile.

My mom and I came today as a walk-in and service was amazing! I had Kenny do a pedicure for me and he was so kind and precise! He definitely makes sure that you are comfortable and uses proper communication when needed. Kenny is an amazing individual and I want to thank him for his service!! My mom had Vivian and she was kind as well! She is super energetic and joyful! Definitely love her vibes and she was worth the wait. Thank you Vivian for having a warm welcome! The interior is nice and the people are kind. They are very clean and ensure that they clean before and after every client. Do not miss out and stop by! I do recommend booking an appointment in advance especially for weekends for immediate service.

my first time here was really nice . Milan did my nails really good which is why i returned for my nails on my birthday 2/16 ..... bad idea . i requested a simple full set . they told me to wait and ill be seated which was fine. i was called to a chair where a tech started to service me then stopped to service someone else . she cut my nails down and stopped . weird but okay cool . i wait a full 30 MINS before the woman who runs the place seen my frustration comes over to assure me i will be serviced in 20 mins . Finally someone comes , she starts my service ...& AGAIN SHE STOPPS BEFORE EVEN TOUCHING MY HANDS ! and asked me to sit in the corner and wait for the manager lady who was STILL WORKING ON SOMEONE . So i'm waiting for another 10/15 mins . seemed like she started rushing the client she was working on and totally messed up. she had to take the paint off and redo it. New people are walking in and getting serviced , a whole hour passed by and still no service . so i left . i'm just so confused on why this happened to me . this was my 25th birthday and i was forced to celebrate with cut acrylics from my last set . i have pictures to show you how bad it was. i literally cried in the car . balled my eyes out .... on my birthday . Thank you .

Staff is rude. Got a mani and a pedi. Pedicure was ok, manicure was horrendous. 1st of all my cuticles looked like someone bit them off! I ended up leaving with cuts all around. Not only that, the gel application was all over my fingers, it was bubbly and uneven. As I was about to pay, I told Mina (shops owner) and she said "ok, ok, we fix" and sat me on a chair. I was then helped by another staff member. As I was about to tell her what my issues were she stopped me mid sentence and told me "ok, ok, I can see, ok." She then filed the gel nail polish and attempted to fix the nail shape as they were all crooked. At the end they looked ok, but the next day the gel polish began to fall off resulting in another trip to another nail salon to fix what they couldn't. So save your money and your time and go somewhere else.

THIS IS THE WORST NAIL SALON EVER!!!! THEY ARE SO UNPROFESSIONAL!!! THEY DO NOT HONOR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENTS!!!! THE OWNER IS SO DARN UNPROFESSIONAL AND HAD ME WAITING 2 HOURS FOR A SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT AND TOOK SOMEONE AHEAD OF ME!!! THIS HAS HAPPENED MULITPLE TIMES!!! KALA IS ONE OF THE MOST RUDEST TECHS IN THIS SHOP!!!! SHE HAS CANCELED TWICE AND NEVER APOLOGIZED!!!! THIS PLACE IS FILTHY!!! SPIDER WEBS HANGING FROM THE CEILING!!! THEY DO NOT BELIEVE IN REAL NAIL CARE!!! THEY ONLY FOCUS ON THE CLIENTS WHO WANT GEL X!!!!!PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS DUMP!!!!!!
