Pearl at bath and body was super helpful. I knew the exact scent I was looking for and she pointed me to a diverse selection of them in candles (2 for $24, room sprays (2 for $16), and wallflowers (5 for $27). I came for wallflowers, but left with room-sprays, hand sanitizer (5 for $8), and wallflowers. This location does have the new luxury collection.

I am in love with they products all of them. BUT, #1 my is BEAUTIFUL DAY. They NEED TO PUT BACK IN THE STORES. ASAP NOW. I have my own personal team of ladies, Prayer Warriors. I want to go to the store to pick up all of them will have BEAUTIFUL DAY. They really love that BEAUTIFUL DAY. I spend at least over $300.00 or more. I shop at Carson and at Del Amo mall. I hate ordering over the phone. Amen

Semi annual sale was going on. They only had 3 items in the 75% off category (and those items looked as if people had used them). Other stores had MUCH BIGGER selections. Maybe it was just this location..... I'm not sure. When I asked about it, the lady said "Nope. That's it" and walked away.....

Too crowded,we waited in line for 15 minutes, when three people came out we finally got to go in, I have to throw in, I waited in the line because I love the scented hand sanitizers!!!

Hi I went to pick up my order from Southbay pavilion store and one hand cream have hair stick with the cap and other one was all spill and cap was dirty, I told the working girl in store and she said , she can't help me to exchange or clean . I am so disappointed, very bad customer service . It was my first experience order online and pick up from store but it not worthy. She makes me so mad that huge brand no customer service.

I came to look for a gift for my wife and received so much help. I was helped by Candice and Pearl, who were extremely helpful and really sweet. They knew so much about the products and answered all of my questions. They made me feel welcome and comfortable, now I hope they're working every time I show up.
