I read the reviews and was skeptical of coming here, but I'm glad that I did! 1st, I called to schedule an appointment. I spoke with Melvin, who was very helpful and friendly. When I entered the branch, I was greeted by Cynthia, who was also helpful and friendly as well. I had an appointment with Danisha, who is just AWESOME!! Thank you, Danisha, for all of your help.

Set up an appointment, get a text message while I'm in the bank cancelling my appointment, had to do business with the teller, who was more than helpful. Not my usual branch, since they were the only branch open on a Saturday.

The Manager at this location is Ridiculous she actually wanted to put a hold on a cashiers check for 7 to 8 days while I have a business to run and sad to say it only happen this way because what I look like.

In this place the customer service is horrible. I had a bad experience with the people in this place. These people should be trained to give a better attention to the customer.

If I could leave a 0 star I would. I came in to make a deposit to an account. Previous manager allowed me to make some cash change. I didn't have my card with me today and they wouldn't give me change. Thanks. Now I need to come back.

Attn: MANAGEMENT; this is about your employee SAHARA This is the second time I've come to this location and have had to deal with the disrespect and rudeness from the lady who stands in the front and does nothing whatsoever; Sahara. (I believe that's how you spell it) she comes up to me while I'm holding a dog and asks ''What kind of service does your dog provide?'' I respond ''She's not a service dog, she is a regular dog.'' Sahara then proceeds to say ''She can't be in here because she's not a service dog and people can be allergic; we had a lady who passed out once because she was allergic to dogs.'' I want to ask how does her answer make sense whether the dog is a service dog or not making them allergic to other people? So if it's a service dog that makes people not allergic to the dog? Makes no sense. To add it states in the ADA (American Disability Act) that you are not allowed to ask ''What service does your dog provide.'' That's going against someone's disabilities if they do not want to disclose it. I admitted the dog was not a service dog in the beginning; however Sahara should not have started the conversation off asking what service does the dog provide. Off limits.
